Great service from YJ and Hasan in particular when I needed help.

first time on Yuno and assisted instantly and personally, real time assistance much appreciated.

Hasan from the YunoJuno team made accepting my first contract through an agency incredibly smooth. He stayed on the online chat the entire time while I completed the forms, answered my questions, and guided me through the timesheets and expenses process. I felt in very safe hands, and it made accepting my first booking through YunoJuno such a pleasant and easy experience.

I had an, I believe user-error issue, and within like 3 minutes it was sorted thanks to Mar. Super helpful and now I can start looking for work. Thanks Mar.

I really value YJ, for it's 2 week payment terms and the staff are super helpful and very professional. -1 star because of the insurance requirements. I would understand for CD and leadership roles. But with the internal sign off processes and ultimate client sign off at the end, no company would ever hold a creative accountable for loss of earnings. Just a case of a rule being unnecessarily applied to everybody. Money for old rope.

Very easy and intuitive interface. And a very helpful and responsive team to help with any issues.

I really liked Mar, the person who helped me. My case had a lot of idiosyncrasies and Mar listened and helped me resolve them and get on to using YunoJuno. In general I really don't like third-party outsourcing of business processes and/or AI-forward business processing services. Often this can make users feel like a number. But good customer service can make the difference and I appreciate Mar's help very much.

Some of the navigation on the website is not intuitive in my opinion.

As a first timer the registration process was very painful and complicated. Hopefully it'll be smoother next time....The support team however was very responsive and helpful (either in the chat or via email)

Wasted many hours trying to sign up and repeatedly got emails asking me to do something I'd already done. Maybe your mileage will vary.

I've been a contractor for over 15 years and would have to say the engagement with Yuno Juno is one of the easiest, most streamlined experiences I've had. From the assignment notification and contract signing to weekly timesheet entries and payments, the process is smooth and efficient. Additionally the customer service is top notch. All my queries are answered quickly and thoroughly.

High caliber projects for motion designers available , a great place to visit for top class clients . Website is easy to navigate and profile was not unnecessarily complicated to set up.
