No more purchase by yuny.nl

If I have an option to give a negative star I will do it.
I received the item on June 23, 2023.
The watch has to be charged twice for 24 hours.
According to the specifications the watch must have long battery life - 15 days Intensive use and 30 days standby mode but that's not true.
On top of all, since July 1 my smartwatch can't be charged.
For more than 12 hours the smartwatch was charged up to 30%.
I sent several emails to support team and received a nice bla-bla emails.
I asked them how to send the smartwatch back because according to the website I have 14 days free trail, but unfortunately I didn't receive the relevant information.
This is my bad purchase of smartwatch ever.

More than one month later no news from yuny.nl
On top of that, my review disappeared from their web page.
Maybe they prefer to keep only positive reviews and mislead the customers.
I just want my money back.
The smartwatch still behaves as usual. It smells like a fraud.
