Awful customer service - avoid
This company has zero regard for customer service and after care. They only provide a 6 month product warranty which should be a red flag. In my experiemce the tip of my knife broke off and I was advised they could not replace the knife and I should sharpen it myself to create a sharp tip.
The second issue with the same knife is that the wooden handle came loose and then cracked. The construction of the knife failed and the company agai refused to take accountability for the construction of their product. They refused to take back the product to fix or replace and offered a discount to buy a new knife. Actually insulting, give the cost of the product. The company clearly has zero empathy for its customers and has no interest in its after care. Avoid and do not buy from these jokers.
