It’s been a while since I’ve ordered. I decided to purchase again but my address was incorrect in the system. I reached out to customer service and spoke with someone named Wendy. She responded right away and changed my address for me before my package even shipped! I’m glad she responded promptly. I can’t wait to receive my order. I hope it’s as amazing as it’s always been! I bought the human bulk boho loose deep wave feather hair and when I say itch. This hair has got to be full of chemicals. Itch is an understatement. I took the time to order one of the one braiding hair that's chemical free and I thought by ordering this human hair I would have a itch free head. NOT! I suggest you either wash this hair a hundred times or just reframe from buying altogether.I definitely would not recommend!
