Amazing service

Amazing service I put in a order and for got to add a bundle they replied in a few hours on instagram and were able to add it to my order all I had to do was pay the difference truly above and beyond customer service 😮‍💨🙏🏼

Absolutely horrible customer service.

I placed my order on Monday and immediately realized the shipping address had processed incorrectly. Because I needed the hair by Thursday, I contacted YWigs as soon as their listed business hours opened.

I called. No answer.

I called again. No answer.

I sent emails. No response.

I sent text messages. No response.

I used their online chat. No response.

For a company that claims to operate from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., nobody seemed to be available during those hours.

Instead, I received responses from Linn and Hedy at random times such as 7 p.m., 8 p.m., and even 1 a.m. If your customer service team is unavailable during business hours, why are those hours even listed? How is a customer supposed to get help when nobody answers calls, emails, texts, or chat messages during the day?

The customer service phone number was essentially useless. I spent hours trying to reach someone and got nowhere.

The only person who was actually helpful throughout this process was Vivian who’s not even in their department. If it wasn’t for her helping me get in touch with people, I likely wouldn’t have received a response at all.

The biggest issue was Linn’s handling of my shipment.

I specifically told Lynn that the address was wrong and provided the correct address. Somehow, the package still ended up being sent with incorrect information. She put the correct street address but used the same old City and Zip code essentially creating an adress that doesn’t exist.

When I realized there was another mistake, I immediately contacted her again.

Then things got even worse.

I repeatedly told Linn NOT to intercept and return the package. I specifically stated that I would contact FedEx myself and, if necessary, drive to pick it up from a FedEx facility. I told her multiple times that I did not want the package returned because it would create significant delays.

She ignored that.

I sent emails clearly stating that I did not want the package returned to the sender.

She ignored that.

I told her to allow me time to contact FedEx.

She ignored that too.

Instead, the package was intercepted anyway.

The most frustrating part is that my package was already in Northern California. I could have gone and picked it up myself. Instead, because my instructions were ignored, the package now has to travel all the way back and then be shipped out again, creating delays that never needed to happen.

I was also told by her an address correction request was being submitted. But when I spoke directly with FedEx, I was told something completely different. The information I received from YWigs did not match what FedEx was telling me.

At no point did anyone call me to clarify the address issue.

At no point did anyone call me to discuss options.

At no point did anyone call me or ask me before making decisions that directly affected my shipment.

Everything about this experience has felt like nobody is actually reading my emails or listening to what I am saying.

To make matters worse, I was promised that I would receive my hair by Thursday. That is now impossible because of mistakes and decisions made by YWigs.

Then after all of this, I was asked to take down my review.

No.

I will gladly update or remove my review when I receive my order and when this situation is actually resolved. Until then, this review reflects my experience.

Customers should not have to chase multiple representatives, contact FedEx themselves, repeatedly explain the same issue, receive responses at 1 a.m., and watch their instructions be completely ignored.

I believe I deserve compensation for the delays, inconvenience, and mishandling of my order.

This entire situation was avoidable if customer service had simply responded during business hours, verified the address correctly, and listened to the customer.

I still have received no apology from anyone regarding them messing up with the re-correction of my shipping address or the fact that they are not operating during the hours listed on the website. absolutely horrible

Working with Y Wigs has been AMAZING!!

Working with Y Wigs has been an absolutely amazing experience! The quality of the hair has exceeded all of my expectations. It looks beautiful, feels natural, and has held up incredibly well over time. I’ve received countless compliments and couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

What impressed me even more was the outstanding customer service. When I needed a refund for some extra hair that I didn’t want to go to waste, the customer service team was incredibly understanding, professional, and easy to work with. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Linn was super helpful!! Unable to get through to anyone on live chat calling or email, but I was able to DM and Linn got back to me so quickly! She checked on my order, let me know it was getting shipped out and it arrived hours later. Customer service was a 10/10 with Linn!

I had a wonderful experience with Vicky while placing my order with Y Wigs. From the very beginning, she was responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I had several questions about the type of human braiding hair I needed, how the curls would hold up over time, and shipping timelines. Vicky patiently answered all of my questions and provided product recommendations that matched exactly what I was looking for.

What impressed me most was her willingness to go above and beyond. After I explained that I had a braiding appointment scheduled for Saturday, she personally arranged for my order to be prioritized and reassured me that it would arrive before my appointment. Great prompt customer service

It’s been a while since I’ve ordered. I decided to purchase again but my address was incorrect in the system. I reached out to customer service and spoke with someone named Wendy. She responded right away and changed my address for me before my package even shipped! I’m glad she responded promptly. I can’t wait to receive my order. I hope it’s as amazing as it’s always been!
