Do not use this company Yyedds London. They have taken my money but not sent the garden box ordered. Can’t get in touch as customer services say no longer available. ITS A SCAM. I have opened a claim with my credit card company.

Two garden storage chests at £46 ordered but goods never received. Seems they are well known for this - see other similar comments online. Have initiated action via my credit card company. My advice is to avoid Yyeds (if they still exist!).

Paid for the box it never appeared or an order. Avoid. This seems to be a scam.
And they promised to refund me but still nothing. Reported to Facebook as ad still running.

It's a scam. I ordered 4 deck boxes via FB and haven't received anything. Tracking page doesn't work. I'm annoyed at myself as I should have had alarms ringing when the customer service email address was frenchjuliet1@

Two storage boxes ordered not received- now being dealt with by the bank. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS FRAUDULENT.

Similar to those already logged. We ordered two outdoor storage boxes which have not been received. We did receive a spurious ring in the post of the type found in a cheap Christmas cracker - only presuming it might have come from the so-called box suppliers as other wise anonymous. Will be applying for a chargeback from credit card co after the mandatory 39 days.

This must be a scam. Order from them and on final receipt I received a minuscule piece of costume Jewelrykeepsakes when I had ordered a garden bench.
Emailed them and they offered a 70% refund on my original item but not the postage. Refused their offer and they now say full refund. If I don’t receive will take it up with my card issuer
Defo a SCAM

I too have ordered and payed, asked questions and got reply’s. However, 2 weeks later no sign of the two storage boxes. Feeling concerned now that this is a scam, should’ve gone with my instinct and trusted that too good to be true feeling. AVOID THIS SCAM they do not accept paypal and they also removed one line of my address on the final receipt. Have tried contacting email on receipt but heard no reply.

i ordered 2 items (free shipping) the address is london based. the payment was taken very quickly. the items were due to arrive between 7th sept & 10th sept. its now 12th September. i had no confirmation of the order, now the web site name is not found so its looking dodgy. its one star because its not possible to select none.
