Terrible support, proxies don't work

Support is terrible and does not answer the questions. My proxy doesn't work half the time I rented it. I asked for uptime statistics but support ignored my request for almost 3 weeks. Money spent for nothing. At first you might think that they have a good offer with proxy rental for 35 days instead of 30, but the problem is that their proxies don't work 50% of the time. So you don't pay for 35 days, but for 17 days of proxy work.
