The guys at Z1 are top notch and super…

The guys at Z1 are top notch and super helpful, and the facility is a state-of-the-art shop with some amazing Z history on display.

Specifically, Jesse and Alex were amazing in helping us navigate our first Z1 experience.

Alex was awesome helping us sort out questions for a couple of days in advance as we sorted out a local pickup, then, he was amazing at helping us get our front bumper order packed into a Honda civic hatchback!🤣

Jesse helped us get checked out quickly. He then took the time to give my son and I a tour of the facility and share some of the history of Z1 and how vast their reach is in providing Nissan, Infinity, and now Toyota customers both OEM and aftermarket performance parts.

The showroom is a great place to see some terrific Z builds (and a couple of skylines/GTRs) and the customer lounge provides an opportunity to see dyno work being done real time!

I cannot speak highly enough about the guys at Z1 and the parts and service they offer! We will definitely be getting all of our Z parts through Z1!

I placed an order for a z1 control arm g35

I placed an order for a control arm, paid, then they canceled saying it’s discontinued even though it was still listed when I purchased it on 12-13. They Tried to upsell their new version that was $200 more. Really poor communication and customer service never again

I was sent the incorrect part

I was sent the incorrect part. I went to the dealership and order the correct part. When I contacted customer service, they had me fill out forms, sent photos of the part I needed and asked for part number. I explained that I had purchased the part from the dealership, but they continued to ask for the same information. I had to send multiple emails to get a response.

I’m extremely disappointed with the carbon fiber front lip I purchased for my Nissan 370Z. I paid over 800 expecting a premium, direct-fit product, but what I received is unusable — the lip is significantly wider than the factory bumper on both sides. Installation without heavy modification is impossible.

I took detailed photos and videos clearly showing the fitment issues, yet Z1 still refuses to accept responsibility or understand their customer’s problem. As a long-time customer who trusted your brand, this experience is unacceptable and damages your reputation. Selling a defective800+ part and refusing to stand behind it is not just poor service — it’s unethical.

I expect this issue to be resolved fairly.

Nick was outstanding customer service.
Answered my questions easily and set up my entire order while on the phone. His Can-Do attitude is typical of their sales team and tech support. Keeps me coming back for decades.

Quality is terrible

I own a 370z, i have bought 2 differnt typse of their CSC delete kits that have both failed miserably. Their marketing team does a fantastic job at showing new parts and hididng the old ones that failed only a year ago.

Do not recoment at all!! Quality is rubish.

Unfair consumer practices against their own Terms and Conditions

I spent a little over $1,000 with Z1 and to be honest, I haven't been satisfied with any of it.

Purchased a plenum spacer, it needed the bolt holes redrilled as they were slightly off from the actual pattern.

Purchased a foglight kit off them, installed them to the truck and after 2 days I drove through a light rain and the passenger side fog light was completely covered in condensation. Brought it to their attention and they stated it's normal and will clear up after a couple days. If it's normal, why didn't the drivers side do it when exposed to the same exact elements? Didn't matter anyhow as it didn't clear up after over a week, I had to remove the bulb and use hair dryer to clean it up.

I then asked for a passenger side housing replacement as obviously the lens seal is defective. They denied my request and said I would have to go to a Nissan dealer as a warranty claim. This entire deal was still within their 30 days return window and should have been honored.

For sure, you won't burn me again z1.

Customer Service Does Not Care About You

ordered an item on Friday, and paid for it, after paying, I was notified it was on "National Backorder", I emailed support for a return / refund. I received a response from support Saturday morning telling me their stock just came in, and it was in stock and asked me if I'd like to keep it. Well since it being Saturday, I didn't expect a response, but I replied Saturday night saying "no", that I ordered it from another site that had it in stock. They reply with basically too late b/c packaging had already packaged it up and shipped it out. They sent me a return label, and made me pay $17 to ship yet. When I expressed that this situation was frustrating, it was blatantly ignored, showing they don't care they made a mistake and costed me money. So that's fine, I wanted to tell all how they like to do business.

Buyer beware

Ordered Morimoto headlights for a 370 Z we have & as it already had an older set of Morimoto's on it, I thought I would stick with them. New units arrived, I tore apart the entire front of the car to access area ( P.I.T.A. Nissan )and BEFORE INSTALLING THE FIRST ONE, I PLUGGED IT INTO THE HARNESS TO CHECK FUNCTIONALITY ( something I've learned to do the hard way) and the headlight malfunctioned. Reached out to z1 to begin return process and their pithy reply was " we don't take parts back that have been installed". Unit was NOT installed, only powered to test functioning.If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Old unit worked when plugged back in. I will never use them (z1) for anything again.

The over all experience with z1…

The over all experience with z1 Motorsports has been amazing in every way. From the customer service to delivery has been on point. I’ve never dealt with a company that I didn’t end up with a headache or aggression till Z1. They really are #1 in what they do and I’m very happy, and grateful for the whole team. If you wanna know if I’m being honest or not buy something and you will see what I mean. Wanna give a big thank you to Brad for always staying with me on the phone and making sure everything is perfect. Thanks Brad and thank you Z1👍🙏🏼

Have ordered several different…

Have ordered several different parts.....on different occasions. Due to the limited nature of my vehicle I always call upfront and discuss expectations for delivery and availability. They are always happy to advise and confirm. Great group.

SCAMPS IN POWER!!!!😠

I am really very disappointed and very angry with Z1 Motorsports USA !!!😠 Those are real crooks because they don't send all the parts ordered and paid for!!!!😠
No proof of sending parts, accessories not available in stock, no compensation and no recourse possible of course because outside the European Union !!!!😠
In addition, the staff is very unpleasant and in bad faith.
Be very careful if you want to buy from this fraudulent company because in the event of a problem, you will be told to see with the carrier and vice versa. 😡
In the end, you will have lost your money, the parts you paid for and in addition to the customs fees to be paid in spite of everything!!!
Read the reviews on Google carefully, you will see that I am not the only one having problems with these scammers. 😡
Non-existent customer service, no professionalism and no respect for the customer.

NEVER AGAIN Z1 MOTORSPORTS!!! 😠
