You know exactly what it takes to keep your family happy and healthy, and have probably tried it all in the process of finding exactly the right foods, supplements, and remedies for your unique needs and preferences. Please, people do not order from NineLife at all, you will not get your order. Order product from them on Saturday, 10 January, its now 18 March, no product, and they informed me they lost the product. They have no clue what to do?!

I ordered on the 2 Jan 2026 and up to date I have not received my package (3 March 2026). Not a SA company, although they are responding to my emails, there is no traction on my package delivery.
Do not order from them ever.

Ordered A2 Ghee from Nine Life NineLife in December 2025. Over 1 month later and the package has still not been delivered. Nine Life uses FedEx Fedex (South Africa) as their delivery company.
Highly recommend NEVER using either of these companies.
Totally unreliable. R2000+ down the drain.
Unfortunately cannot rate zero stars, otherwise that would be my review.

Do NOT buy from these people. They are fraudsters. The products are not available in SA even though they use a .co.za domain, the products are shipped from the USA and then get confiscated by customs and excise as they are not permitted in SA and then these guys take your money and you never see or hear from them again….

They cant get a star…. They are thieves. They steal your money. You pay for items and they never deliver. The contact number does not exist. Be very carefull!!!!

I regret ordering from this company. I was told the order would arrive on the 19 Jan and no order has arrived. They sent me last week an sms that the order has been shipped with Aramex and when I contact Aramex they don't have that order. I tried to contact this company and they are no longer reachable.

This company is not delivering a legitimate service.
I ordered an item on their South African site and was under the impression that the goods are available in South Africa.
Afterwards I realised that the goods need to be shipped from the US. I want to cancel my transaction and want to be refunded. Do not know if this will ever happen.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER GROM THEM!!!! I lost over R3,000

Horrible experience. The company expects you to be the importer for them and deal with customs. None of this is told when doing the order.

13 December 2025: Nine life is DECEPTIVE in their marketing. They appear as if they are selling products already in South Africa. I bought and paid for a high quality MCT Oil. At no stage do they inform you that you may actually be importing your product and that they will not take accountability when this happens. You will then be left to deal with all the technicalities of importing the item that may be deemed medical, as well as the costs, an extra R400 minimum for an application and no mention of customs duty yet. Even if you are prepared to go through all of this, there is no guarantee that approval will be given. Over R3000 down the drain so far ….
Update 9th January 2026: the parcel finally recieved.
Nine life should be more transparent regarding their sales in different countries. Then the risk is up to you the customer
This company offers counterfeit products/services and you won't get your money back so beware!

Hectically over priced!!!! and the justification is shipping costs import costs..... not buying it. other reputable companies are half the price and less and without quality compromise

Sure this website is a scam, I paid over R1000 for shoes for my mom’s swollen feet. Received an email saying instead of a size 5 would I like a size 9. I then asked them to recommend a different shoe in the size I am looking for which they did and then they did the same again. Asking if I want a size 9!

The product I ordered vs the product I received is definitely not the same product.
The brand is different: I ordered a Yogikuti Yoga Eye Wrap but I got a Liveasy Cotton Crepe Bandage.
The description is different: Yoga eye wrap, cotton eye mask for meditation, restorative yoga and sleeping vs bandage for sprains, strains and swelling.
The usage is different: A soft and comfortable blindfold vs an ordinary bandage that can be bought at any pharmacy in South Africa to wrap around joints.
What we ordered is a specialized product for yoga practice and meditation.
The reply we got from them was that it was the same and "still usable" and they offered me a discount for my next purchase, which will never happen.

Do NOT order from this company. I paid R4,700.00 for 3 items, 3 months later and numerous emails they still had not arrived. They agreed to replace my order, so weeks later they send me 1 of my 3 items, when I complained they said they would give me 15% money back (?????). I finally I managed to track down my original order, lost somewhere, but customs wants me to pay a further R1,900.00 to release them. When I ordered it was including all taxes and import duties.

Absolutely abysmal. Going on four months and I'm still waiting for an item. First shipment disappeared after six weeks. After I complained they send it again. It's been in transit from the USA - there is no local stock in SA - for over a month. No shipping updates. Customer service gives garbled, senseless responses which always amount to "keep waiting." When people complain on review sites they give a boilerplate response that means nothing in practice. I have no idea how or why this sorry outfit exists. Stay away.

I wouldn’t even recommend this company to my enemies.
Order delayed for almost 3 months - no updates EVER from their side - if it wasn’t for me literally begging and eventually threatening I have no doubt that I would NEVER have received the parcel
The service was slack - or rather “couldn’t be bothered “
They sent me a “rate our service” follow up and offered 10% discount in exchange for completing it - I DEFINITELY don’t want it. Even if they made it 90% I wouldn’t use it - it’s just too much effort
When I FINALLY received the order the package was severely damaged - it looked like it came from a trash can - the only reason the product was still intact is because it was fortunately not that prone to damage
They shouldn’t even be in business - it’s a disgrace

This company should be closed down as a bunch of scammers. Placed my order on the 15/07/25 and nothing after emails sent and was told they would resend the order. You have been warned! Which I read the reviews first!

I asked my friend to help me order a set of glasses on the Ninelife website on July 12. As of today, September 8th, we have not received the order. This is one of the worst services I have ever received.

Reply from NineLife South Africa
I ordered and paid for3 boxes of Dolce Gusto Cappuccino capsule on the 23 July 2025.
After a week I received an email requesting my passport or ID number and Tax number. After numerous emails inquiring about my parcel I was told I will receive it soon. There is no movement on the tracking number.
Today is the 4 September 2025 and I have still not received my parcel. O would like to warn other clients about this company.
