It seems like they are not in business anymore but I was able to place my order and was charged but have never heard back from this seller since then and their website is no long available.

Received my order okay but one of the items was damaged, and I've received no response to several emails. Will not be using again.

I placed my order 26th april 2022..Was told for a person from zac&lulu i will recive it on sunday didnt recive it in time for eid for my kids. Im a regualr customer will never ever order again from theae lot there all a full of lies the amount of lies they told me

the order has arrived in time but..just turkish clothes ..all the clothes are not the original one

I was looking to get my niece a birthday present last minute, ZacandLulu had a great selection of toys to choose from. Delivery was fast and reliable and my niece loved her ballerina mouses. Would definitely buy from them again!

Very bad costumer service couldn’t get anyone on the phone and I ordered on the 24th of November around 3am n it’s the 3rd of December still no tracking number or my delivery

I placed a order on 9th November it is now the 28th November and I have still not received my order I have sent 7 messages to you and you have not replied to any of them I have rang your customer service and on one is answering phone it just rings out all the time I advise anyone not to order anything from your company

I used this website based of the reviews of others so I thought I'd leave my review and help save other people's time. Do not buy from here their customer service is absolutely disgusting I had to keep emailing them to get a response after they sent me the wrong size shoes. I then had to pay royal mail to send it back which they did not refund and I am still waiting for. I kept being told someone will get back to me , someone is looking into it bla bla bla. After telling me they will send out the correct size they turned around and said the size I ordered is now sold out. Absolute joke of a company

I had issues receiving my refund due to there being no email address etc. However, Adam has since called to apologise and to explain there has been some technical difficulties with the website developer (which I believe is now fixed). and processed it straight away. I’m now very happy. Thank you Adam! 🙂

Was originally sent half my order but after few (un-replied to) emails, I received the other half. Happy and would use again but customer communication lacking.
