I'm glad that I came to read the reviews here because I had 2 pair of shoes in my cart and was ready to hit the purchase button. My question is for all that ordered; when the product finally came, how was the quality of shoe?
Extreme deception......I purchased my shoes on 4/24/19 and as of today 8/13/19 I have not received my order. The customer service responses were things like it's busy season and have patience etc (Lol).
I recently filed a claim with PayPal...LESSON LEARNED!
My experience is similar to the others here. They are taking in sales with no intention of shipping the items you purchased. If you ordered several items and they promised you a free t-shirt or similar, guess what? They will send the freebie and tell you the other item(s) are back ordered, so they can claim that they shipped your order. I believe this is their ploy to hold off long enough for you to forget about the order, or so that it’s too late for you to dispute the charges with paypal. If this sounds like your experience, please contact paypal, they will investigate, you will get your money back. There is a record of this company misleading buyers intentionally. I stayed in close contact with the seller, they gave one excuse after the other, received the freebie nearly 3 months after placing the order, and at the four month mark, paypal refunded my entire order. Good luck!
Appalling in each and every sense:
Order took 3(!!!)months to arrive.
I mean, excuse me- it's 2019, and I didn't order copies of the entire Imelda Marcos shoe collection.
The order eventually arrived.
Oh dear- two sizes smaller, and fake leather.
Cheap sh**, made in China.
I should've known better, all self inflicted.

First, it took 7 weeks before I received my order. Then, when my order finally arrived, the shoes were significantly different than what was described. Zaceli is a scam. I am now in the process of requesting a refund, which I doubt they will honor. It's a good thing my financial institution will refund me regardless since I have Buyer's Protection.
