I can’t fault the customer service I…

I can’t fault the customer service I recieved but the hair overall is crap quality. I paid £230 that included 20inch of weft extensions, £32 for shipping and then I bought their products. The hair just Matt’s everyday and knots even though I brush them every 30 mins because of this. Just awful but you learn from your mistakes never to try a new company out. I’ll be going back to my old supplier

Now they’ve reported my review to trust pilot as they believe it’s ‘fake’. Proof sent to trust pilot
