ZALANDO ARE THIEVES THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING my son recently accidentally made an order through my phone for a pair of Gucci sunglasses buy now pay later in 30 days I was shocked when I received package anyway instantly returned and I always make sure I get proof of return sent to my email by postnord also not the best delivery company anyway somehow they did not receive the return I returned 2 parcels 1 they received and the glasses they did not I rang customer services and they said they had not received the item and also complained about their logistics now this gentleman confirmed they did not receive the return and told me to fill in a legal statement and proof of return which I did I then the next day get an email to say they received the return lol in 24 hours and it was a empty package like seriously wth and what is even funnier is in the same email they asked me to return the item I have constantly explained the situation I have been bought to tears because of them they are shameless thieves robbing and lying to a single mom who’s child accidentally made a order for some extremely ugly Gucci glasses which I returned the same day received they are constantly sending me bills with dunnings of 3900 kroners the customer service is disgraceful and they are liars I shall be taking legal action this time as it has happened before last time I paid for a package returned yet they did not receive it I have proof of return yet instead of speaking to their logistics who have mislaid the small package they are harassing me PLEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH ZALANDO if you return an item even with proof of return god forbid it gets lost you still have to pay for it STAY AWAY

Disgusting company

Disgusting company, placed order worth £163, sent me damaged items (zips are defective). Contacted immediately. Being forced to file claims, completely ignored concerns and were eager to finish the contact. Will not be recommending them. No customer loyalty and they send you poorly packaged items!

The worst

The worst. Not only did they no manage to cancel an item sent through another vendor( which is fine). But they managed to cancel all my other items in the order that I never asked to be cancelled.
I cannot order them anymore as they are sold out. And the overall mail stream about this was useless. It is an AI answering.

So trash bad trash site ! You place an order it takes them 10 days to ship your stuff don’t buy don’t use they are bad I’ve tried to close account they told me I have to be inactive for 3 months full loses DO NOT USE THIS SITE !

Absolutely everything going wrong since…

Absolutely everything going wrong since ABOUTYOU acquired them. Placed an order that I had never received because there partner created the shipping label wrong. I could see this in DHL trcking but I had no means to correct it. Contacted suport they did nothing, told me to wait. So I did. Then I see the package was returned to sender. I aslo see that by now it was received on their side back. However, multiple days passed and still have not gotten my refund. Last time, it also took contacting the chat to actually get it. But this time, when I try contacting them, no agent connects.

Great reliable service

I'm using Zalando for 5 years already and it's the first place I usually go to do my online shopping. And I'm totally satisfied with the service and quality. Delivery is normally super fast and within the time stated on the website, return process is super easy and quick. Support team is amazing - there was no issue which I was not able to solve with their help. And I also highly appreciate the big choice of brands and regular discounts and special offers.

A very bad experience and a disappointment

They took the money from my account for the first order, and the next day they told me they would refund it because the item was no longer available. However, when they returned the money, it was less than what I had originally paid because my bank deducted transaction fees. When I contacted them and explained that it was their mistake, not mine, that the item was out of stock, they told me they were not responsible.

I placed another order, but they sent the package to the wrong address, and from there, it was returned to them. When they refunded me, the amount was again less than what I had paid, just like before.

The third time, the same issue happened again—out of stock, refund with missing money.

The fourth and final time, either they or the shipping company stole 7 pairs of sneakers out of the 25 I had ordered, and again, they told me they were not responsible.

Honestly, this is the worst website I have ever bought from. I regret not checking customer reviews before purchasing. This company does not care about its customers; all they care about is money.

Do not use Zalando..

Do not use Zalando... Bough new balance shoes and the order states my size (size 6) but received size 7.5, then had the shoes redelivered and were stolen from my porch as they take no effort to hide what's in the parcel (a box with new balance written on them). Only bumped up by a star as I was able to get my money back.

I received what I believe to be a fake…

I received what I believe to be a fake item!

I bought a Polo Ralph Lauren sweater for 200 euros, but it looked very different from the photos on both the Zalando website and the official PRL website. I contacted PRL, and they confirmed that Zalando is NOT AUTHORIZED to sell their items!

I used a gift card that my husband gave me for the purchase. After returning the item, I requested a refund to the gift card, as I never want to shop with them again—but my request was denied.

Really, really disappointing. Never again!

Unfair Payment Changes & Poor Customer Service

Zalando changes its payment method without notifying customers and keeps sending reminders with additional charges—leaving you clueless about why you're receiving them. In my opinion, they should clearly inform customers upfront whether the payment will be processed directly or via bank transfer. It's very misleading and shows a lack of concern for how such changes might impact customers. Even when they acknowledge their mistake, they refuse to waive the fees. Absolutely frustrating and disappointing customer service!

Errors

Last two orders the only choice I had was to pay with bank transfer. After i received, I couldn’t make a return request, as it gave an error, had to contact them by chat, do everything manually and wait weeks for refund 😡
