Parcel should of arrived on 11th/10…

Parcel should of arrived on 11th/10 still waiting despite many e mails. Courier to blame??? Ordered for my holiday. Will not be here on time....I have requested a refund and for zolando to retrieve the parcel..not prepared to wait .. I will not use this company again,!!!!!

Zalando’s partnership with the carrier Celeritas…

Zalando’s partnership with the Carrier Celeritas is the worst partnership ever.
Every single time my order is supposed to be delivered via Celeritas, I expect issues and they never fail. The customer service, useless as ever. I keep calling, they keep saying we will get back to you by email in the afternoon, that doesn’t happen, I call the next day, same song and so forth.

4 days in row when I get told that my order is out for delivery just for the status to change AT NIGHT…. of course to….delayed delivery. 4 days in a row. If someone is desperate for an order or must travel… well don’t expect anymore to come to your rescue that’s for sure.

HORRIBLE SERVICE.
We should be able to rate the quality our calls with customer service agents, because some of these guys truly don’t care and I get them. They face multiple complaints throughout the day, it’s hard to keep that spirit up, but Zalando should find a way to find a solution that helps both the customer and improve the service quality received by the latter without compromising their CX agents.

So frustrating.

Items are not available even after being notified they are

I have the Zalando Plus membership and I've noticed several times that when an item isn't available and I ask to be notified when it is available. Once I get the email that the item is available, I add it to my cart, but once I go to check out and pay for the item, that item that was available becomes unavailable in a couple of minutes. Very annoying.

Zalando Service in Spain is awful

Zalando Service in Spain is awful. Deliveries come late and they provide the reason that address came wrong to justify delays. Pick-Ups are non existing as they never come. Calling Customer Service in Spain is useless as they never do what they say they are going to do, having to call three times or more to get something done. Zalando in Spain is a disaster. Avoid at all costs.

Delivery and Quality

Delivery- it was supposed to be a home delivery, however, they didn't call me, just left my parcel at the pickup spot and I had to collect it myself.
The quality of the items ordered (sandals and Puma Mayze sneakers) - I wouldn't have bought them in a physical store which is not Zalando's fault, of course.

I’ve been a customer of Zalando for…

I’ve been a customer of Zalando for over six years, spent a lot with them.
The last year or so their service has been deplorable. I ordered three items over three weeks ago and after a string of emails with apologies, offers of discounts and promises of next day delivery I still haven’t received orders to the value of €223 . Never again.

The wrong size twice

I ordered slippers and I received the wrong size twice. It’s absolutely their fault, but when you’d like to change the product for the appropriate size (what you actually ordered) you have to buy the right product again, which means that you have to pay for the delivery (again). They don’t take responsibility for their mistakes. It’s absolutely unacceptable and inconvenient that they made the same mistake twice. I will never ever use their services again.

Worst company ever

Zero customer service, they cannot even spell right, in one sentence they make 2 to 3 mistakes in general. Promised coupon codes don’t arrive to my email after signing up to their newsletter. Other coupon codes don’t work. I wanted to order a shoe but won’t, because I wanted to use my coupon that is apparently fake (and they are not helping me). When I need to verify my email they send me the verification code after minutes and when I receive it it’s already expired. They will send you emails your size is available when it’s not just bc that’s their horrible marketing strategy. Worst company ever.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
They sent me the wrong product, I cant buy the one I wanted anymore because is sold out. I told about this asking to be refunded earlier as I dont want my money stuck for weeks for a mistake THEY made. Their answer? No
So, you make the mistake and you just dont do ANYTHING!? Incredible. I wont buy in Zalando anymore and I dont recommend at all. Also, the shoes came in a randome box, not in the official one so how can I even know they are original? Awful

I had always been a fan of Zalando…

I had always been a fan of Zalando until the day i had a problem with billing.

This disaster has been going on for a few weeks where I cannot get someone competent to answer my questions. On the website I’m told I do not owe anything anymore. And then I get emails telling me I still have to pay. They are catastrophic and the people I talk to by email are refusing to answer the questions.
Will soon have to contact a lawyer as they are threatening to make me pay more when I’ve paid everything.

I will not order from Zalando again

I will not order from Zalando again.
The delivery went missing after saying it arrived and eventually was thrown through a window of a neighbour a day later after I had been searching for it. It had been given to someone outside of my town so I think the driver couldn’t be bothered. Then I had the incorrect item so has to be returned. All in all wasted loads of time trying to track it down then it was no good

Extremely Disappointed: No Refund Received from Zalando

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Zalando. Despite multiple attempts to rectify an erroneous bank transfer, I have yet to receive the refund owed to me. This lack of accountability and failure to uphold their end of the transaction is unacceptable. I urge others to reconsider doing business with Zalando until they demonstrate a commitment to fulfilling their financial obligations. One star is generous considering the complete lack of resolution.

They lost my item but refuse to refund me!!! That’s crazy!!!!!

I’ve been a longterm customer and spent so much bloody money consistently I can’t believe their service and attitude towards me is so poor.

I can’t actually believe they’ve refused to refund me for an item THEY ADMITTED THEY LOST. Why not just refund me straight away?

Honestly they use to be good a few year back but man i wouldn’t recommend them now

Developmentally Disabled Platform

These people in Zalando think we are living in the middle of Sahara or something that they deactivate all modern payment methods for me?!
I am their customer and have spent tens of tousabd euros shopping on this platform. Now it's been a year that the only payment method for me is Bank Transfer?! And they don't ship ubtil they receive the money?!and customer service is nothing but rude and unhelpful repeating the same sentences to me!
Such an insult!
Such a shame!

Wrong sizes and lots of plastic

I never order clothes online but I was struggling to find the jeans I wanted so I took a chance and ordered a pair of jeans and a sports bra from Zalando. BOTH arrived in the wrong size, 1 size down in both cases which is also not a great feeling. I now feel terrible sending clothes back and knowing the environmental impact. Plus everything is wrapped in plastic, I am definitely never doing this again.
