Never got my item refunded...

I ordered shoes on the website, they arrived a week later but I didn't liked them anymore. I shipped them back to Zalando and I never got refunded for those shoes. I baught them on 02/05/2022, that's more then 3,5 months ago.

I did everything needed to return an item but never got an answer. Still waiting even writing them several and different ways. Just they do not want to have return items.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING BECAUSE THE RETURN SYSTEM DOES NOT EXIST

Customer service passed me over to the…

Customer service passed me over to the delivery company to figure out ny myself where my package is. Called them only to find out they sent my package to another city because they didn't take their time to read the address, they went by a wrong postal code i had inserted in a hurry. No one even called or emailed me, i had to inquire. Will buy from the competition from now on. Never had any issue with About You, for example.

returns system unusable

The returns system on this site is deplorable. I have contacted them several times with return problems and no one has been helpful. I am now left with items I don’t want. I will not use this company again and I implore others not to use them.

Troublesome customer service + shipping

I've always shopped with Zalando, specially when I'm in Norway - I've never had an issue with the quality and arrival of the items I've bought before. Zalando ES is sadly a whole ordeal to grapple with. First of all, they are quite rude - the customer service is subpar. It felt like I as the customer was bothering them by questioning why my package hadn't arrived.
Secondly, you can't choose the shipping company to handle your order - it automatically goes to Celeritas (Malaga-Marbella region). Celeritas will multiple times lie about attempting to deliver your parcel, without actually attempting to. When complaining to Zalando, they tell you they'll follow through and fix the issue, but for nothing. I had to stay home for 4 days waiting for my package until I gave up - Zalando did nothing.

NEVER AGAIN

Ordered white trainers and they delivered a green dress! Six weeks later despite numerous emails this still not been collected, and white trainers never delivered.

Told to take it to Correos who refused to take it.

This takes customer service incompetence to a new level. Bought the trainers from Next instead.

Bought and paid for Harley Davidson…

Bought and paid for Harley Davidson boots. Wrong size turned up. Now much more expensive on their website. No option to get a replacement and surprise, surprise, they have a delay in their refund system. They are scammers.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. My first order never arrived after 20 calls talking to extrmely unproffesional customer service agents. Still waiting for a refund after almost 2 months. Will never order again. And would not reccomend to anyone.

I want to share my bad shopping…

I want to share my bad shopping experience with zalando.es. I ordered a blue Tommy T-shirt, it didn’t fit me and I returned it neatly. After a few days I received an email that they would not refund me because I returned a T-shirt that is old and worn out, and at my request for pictures of that T-shirt they sent me pictures of some horrible white t-shirt !! Unfortunately there is no way to prove to them that I returned the other shirt, they didn’t even want to try to find out where the problem was. After a few months and many emails they asked me for an address to give me back that t-shirt, and I got some old torn white t-shirt instead of Tommy’s blue t-shirt. Horror!

Impressive service

Used zalando.es a couple of times. Products delivered on time. This time the size was too big (my fault) They organised pick up from my home and money was back in my account in a couple of days. Couldn't have been easier. Very impressed

Impossible reimbursement

The pair of pants I ordered arrived in 4 days but turned out to be enormous in size. I had to return it, Celeritas came next day to pick it up, until there it was good. The package got to its destination, returned in good condition but I've been waiting for weeks now to get my reimbursement and their email only responds that the service wasn't meant for reimbursement transactions. Like what? They say it's free return but you're not sure if they'll give your money back. Anyway, that was the first time I tried this but never again.

I received a low-quality fake product, they refused to take it back, I registered the return 2 times, but no one came, I do not advise working with them

A GOOD WEBSITE!

I’d like to give my opinion, because I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews. First of all I’m in Spain, zalando.es. My experience with this web has always been perfect! My orders were received in 2-3 days, always in perfect conditions and my orders were expensive items and no fakes! I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews! zalando.es is a very reliable web!

Appalling service .

Appalling service . Still waiting since beginning of December for delivery. It was supposed to be a Christmas present. You have caused an embarrassing situation for me .
Why don't you reply. I have emails saying the purchase will be delivered this day that day but never turns up.
