This company is extremely toxic to work for. I would recommend no one work for this company or with this company. They did not pay me my wages, and they expect you to pay them to work for them.
It's not always easy, as people work hard and the workload can be heavy. But I find it to be a great work environment, characterized by strong family bonds and genuine care among colleagues.

Poor payroll country knowledge, system is a mess, automated interfaces like workday integration into zalaris system doesn't work automated, manual upload and workarounds, parallel run testing was a joke and due to knowledge lack, even more than 1.5years after intergration, many issues are still not resloved and employees leaving the company due to the fact, that their payslip is still incorrect and nobody's taken responsibility for errors, missing or wrong payouts and salary statement, moreover incorrect settlements to social insurances tax offices etc.

Several years of being a user of Zalaris. Their end user tools are horror, especially the mobile app, and their support is not helpful. If your payroll is complex, don't do it. If you want your employees to travel less because its a drag filling in expense claims then this is is your tool though.

Zalaris took over my companies payroll and created errors in every possible way. Pay amounts were not correct. Tax deductions were not correct. They caused a lot of hardship for my fellow colleagues around the holiday season. They were slow to respond, and erroneously closed many help tickets without any resolution. To say it has been frustrating would be an understatement.
They are slowly beginning to address the many issues they caused. But I would not trust this company, and hope my employer switches to another provider.

It was a great relationship, a good exchange of expertise, and we created some really interesting work together.
On top of that, they were extremely prompt with payment, allaying a bugbear of any contractor.
