Received great service in time of need! Got quick support online and was quickly followed by the recovery service which was prompt and within the timescale given so we knew what to expect. We had phone calls throughout to keep us updated and then greeted with a friendly and experienced driver. 10/10 service. Thankyou.

Flat tyre on motorway at 12am, pulled onto hard shoulder. Emergency tyre fitter turned up within an hour and did everything possible to help us. Zaman provides an incredible service. Lovely first point of contact and fitters. Highly recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they take advantage on your situation and have not refunded the deposit paid ( which was never stated was non refundable verbally or anywhere in writing) I didn't have the tyre repaired in the end by them as I was helped by a passerby after I had already been waiting over 2 hours for them to arrive, lone female unable to sit in the car due to where I broke down on the dual carriageway. Refusing to refund, refusing to even engage in the conversation with me.

Motorbike kick-start sensor was dead due to a slip , asked zaman to collect me , no problem 30 minutes max and paid 40 quid deposit , 10 minutes goes by and a driver messages me , I reply , we go back and forth arranging collection. Anyways turns out this guy was in Birmingham, I'm in Bolton , I automatically tell him to cancel pick up as the cost is not going to be what was quoted if he's driving all that way. Turns out it was the wrong driver but it's too late we asked him to cancel and cancelled from the depot following this. I then asked for a refund of my 40 quid , got told no because it wasn't their fault they had another driver on the way and this driver caing me was a mistake because he read the postcode as B13 not BL. Long story short argued for my deposit for about an hour before I got bored of the guy on the desk saying my 40 quid was to cover the fact that the other driver was now down a job. Again not my problem if you could arrange communication with your drivers properly . I even showed him the communication between me and the supposed driver from birtmingham. Wouldn't bother with these wind up merchants , waste of time and money , oh and it went beyond 30 minutes too.

I have very mixed thoughts on the service I received. Our car stalled in standing water, 10 minutes from our destination. The AA refused to attend us in water and we had no choice but to call a breakdown retrieval service. This gentleman told us he was local 20 minutes away and quoted £250. When I called to book it and I asked to be towed 10 minutes away to my destination he said that would cost £350. I re-asked and he clarified it was an extra £100 just to be towed to our destination. I was stressed as the other cars were driving past and spraying water all over the car and we were sitting ducks, so I had to agree. He did not give a clear address to the man he outsourced the job to, so we waited over an hour in the water rather than 20 minutes. The man who picked us up was really kind and worked hard in awful conditions but it was a slow recovery. We were not happy that he went to the wrong location and hence was so delayed. He said he was not given full address details until I sent him a shared location pin from my phone. He said he was told to take £150 for the job, and when we told him we had paid £350 total he said we were overcharged likely because we were stressed. All in all we were overcharged and the recovery truck was not given full location details. I would not use Zaman because I think they capitalised on our vulnerability.

If you are unfortunate enough to have a breakdown where you need a recovery you would be making your day worse by picking anyone other than this firm!!
Much cheaper than I was expecting and much cheaper than all other competitors! Not only this but they was with me within 15 minutes!
The best bit is the operator who I spoke to is one in a million. Broke protocol for me and had empathy for my situation by allowing me to make the payment when I got paid 2 days later.
Driver was amazing and friendly as well!

Absolutely amazing, arrived within 30 minutes, lovely young lad and made sure the rest of tyres OK and put air in them free of charge deffinatly recommend to friends and neighbours

Fabulous service. I had a flat tyre in the Manchester area. I am from London and had no idea where I was. They found me and fixed it within 1hr 15 mins. All on a Sunday evening. Very reasonably priced. Amazing service and thank you !
