I received the bag, but it looked fake and smelled bad. The website says free 30-day returns, however, after emailing for a refund for three weeks, and them saying they would send me a label, they finally said they would not refund me because of the shipping costs. That's not what the site claims and not what they promised me earlier.

Love my bag! I ordered the Neverfull PM. It was packaged well and shipped extremely fast. Excellent quality. I will definitely order again and refer my friends.

I had an issue with a the kan I fendi bag, it had leather straps instead of chain so the design was off. I emailed the seller and they reached out to me and we were able to reach middle ground. The seller sent me the chain and I appreciate the care and commitment to solve the issue.

Never received my order, had daily log in attempts on my PayPal after Placing this order. Poor costumer service. SCAM!

My order didn't go through and I still haven't received credit back in my bank. Been following up on the same but no update on my payment credit back.

I have not received the item I bought and have no way to see where it it. I tried to call and no one answered. Very disappointing as this was a birthday gift for my wife.
