Terrible company. They have stolen videos of my content to promote their own products and ignore my messages.

Don’t buy anything from them as you’ll never get through to customer service!

A scam company. Shut them down.
Ordered two pair bi-focals. Total bill £53 not shown on my bank account.
Plus a pair ladies shoes. These are shown coming from China . Still not arrived since order 18th November .... no glasses and no shoes

I ordered glasses on 9 11 22 paid by visa £33.47p have not received anything so far send me glasses or refund my money back

Ordered 26 Oct 22, nothing received by 11 Nov 22. Confirmation order wrong and no replies to emails.
Got to assume my money has been stolen by a scam company

Shut down the company sent 4 email no reply
To not use them till to this date no reply and no refund

They are scam company, i ordered items and tired to cancel it about 30 mins after. The company ignored my email until the was dispatched and then told to wait until and then return. There is no return address and they don’t reply to any email. Totally rubbish, DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. They should be closed down

terrible scam company, I've messaged so many times for a return and they dont reply. there is no telephone number only a form and an email add.

After what I have read on here they have lost me as a customer as I was just going to buy a pair of glasses from them,
I will keep my money in my pocket and thanks to all these reviews it should keep a lot more customers away with 100% negative feedback

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. As far as Zaos are concerned you have no statutory rights on faulty items & they don't respond to any emails to the customer service email. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS.

I order a cosmetic travel bag and I paid with shipping £18. It arrived on time considering the supply issues globally, however, I was disappointed with the quality of the product. I am going to bless this company and I hope they will improve and provide better customer service in the future. But I want to give you a free gift to all who read this review of the gospel of Jesus Christ who is God and who loves you all. Please seek him with all of your heart and you will find him. Reality - crappy quality shipped from China (approx 4 weeks), for Chinese shaped bodies. A Medium shirt fits a European 8 year old. Pointless engaging with them, you may as well burn your money as shop with them.

Three times I have tried to contact your firm and as yet not received a reply. I'm still waiting for the 'depth cutting ring' that did not arrive with my original hole cutter... You are getting terrible reviews, and yet you hardly seem bothered, what What kind of business are you running? Very sloppy and very inefficient... If you can be bothered to respond...

Impossible to get any information from the website about delivery or shipping.

Purchased an item from their website. On arrival the item was not the same as the one advertised (website had incorrect product information ).
Contacted Zaos customer support and was advised I could return the product at my cost (to China) or keep the item and be refunded 20%.
I declined these options and explained I would be happy with a replacement (The item ordered) or a refund and would return the item if they provided a return service. I have never heard from them again, despite sending a couple of queries for updates.
Not worth the hassle, purchase from a reputable company!

Steel trimmer blade £19.99
Advertisement as “universal” trimming blade to fit majority of types of garden strimmer. Can be used to cut grass, hedges etc replaces the cord used in strimmers with a star type steel blade….
……. The reality….
Ordered this as it says universal. Ordered and just the blade fitting arrived. We’ve tried against 4 different electric models and one petrol. It doesn’t arrive with any bolts or mounts or anything to make in compatible to any strimmer. One of the pictures shows parts inserted to make it mountable. But these don’t arrive with blade attachment, it doesn’t have instructions either and from what I can see on sales pages the parts shown in picture are not available to buy. Unless someone can tell me how this is a universal fit. Wouldn’t recommend you buy. In theory idea is great. But as I said in all 4 different strimmers diff models and brands in the UK and it doesn’t fit any.

Purchased a concealed hinge jig online for £27.99 used once and that was it!!! Seized up and cannot use again.
Asked about their returns policy and was told they would refund 20% !! Not happy.
Cheap rubbish and poor customer service. Avoid at all cost.@!

Very disappointed with this site. I waited 3 weeks for delivery of a finger painting kit. The tracking info was in Chinese so no help. My emails to zaos produced no answers. The item arrived today and I can’t believe I paid £17 plus shipping. The first 2 pages of the colouring book are in Chinese and all pages are poor quality and not the bright colours shown in the Facebook ad. I wouldn’t recommend this site or the product.
