While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Avoid at all costs

I would give zero stars if that was an option. I bought an airplane ticket through ZapFlights, and was denied boarding because "the ticket was fraudulent". I have communicated with them multiple times, and they have promised refunds to my credit card or Zelle, but none have shown up. Avoid them at all costs.

Can I give a negative star

Can I give a negative star? You will never get a legit ticket, excuse, excuse, “give us 2 hours”, right up until flight leaves. We’ll see if I get my money back.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS With THIS COMPANY

If I could give this company 0 or negative stars, I would. On August 3 I purchased from this company a Delta Airlines round trip flight from Philadelphia to Salt Lake City and back which was to depart on October 31 and return on November 4 for $399.97 which was charged to my credit card. On that same day I received an email from Zapflights.com with a booking number confirming the details of the flight and charge.

When I arrived to board my flight, I was told I had no reservations on this round trip flight. I called Zapflights.com and their staff member told me the booking number on their email to me did not exist and hung up the phone on me and the Delta attendant. I had to purchase the same round trip I thought I had booked with them for $878.94.

I reported all of this to the company, demanding complete restitution and was told on November 5 that they had ‘highlighted’ the situation for a response. I have received no further response.
