Efficient, affordable, helpful, professional!
I made my appointment at 2 in the morning because that is when I realised I needed to consult a doctor. I had my appointment at 10:00 that same morning. I didn't have to drive, wait in a waiting room with other sick people and then drive back. A process that usually takes an hour took me 10 minutes. And then my medication was delivered so no stress of having to wait in line at a pharmacy.
I was reminded of my consultation and had the option of a phone call or Google video call - as a person with anxiety this choice was so helpful. The doctor was professional.

Seamless experience
I had an awesome experience using Contro to get treatment for my acne. The whole process was super smooth and the doctor I had my consultation with was great! She was super helpful and gave me advice on what skincare products I should use. Plus the delivery for my medication was on time and the driver was super friendly! 10/10 experience, 100% recommend.

They are great, very quick responses for anything. I would recommend them to everyone.. Their convenience is what is most attractive, living in a small town without near dermatologists has been the bane of my existence but then I found contro.

I always use Contro. But this time it was not a great experience. From my payment going through and only reflecting on their system two days later and then my prescription taking almost two days to receive. It was very frustrating

The booking is easy and the Dr was through.
Booking on the Contro website is very easy. I consulted with Dr Steenkamp, and was very through in asking the questions about my health issue. I got the prescription a few minutes after consultation. What was prescribed worked well for my medical issue.
