The order experience was good, but
The order experience was quite good. Although I still had to pay for the medication, this was not made clear, I was under the impression that the meds were part of the R300 initial price. With that said the consultation and delivery still work out cheaper.
Delivery is slow, took me 4 days to receive my meds, for time sensitive illnesses it is better to make a visit to the Dr. and get the meds on the same day

Unfortunately we are unable to charge for any medication upfront as the cost of this is dependent on the doctor's diagnosis and which treatment they prescribe. This is the same process that you would go through if you went to a GP in-person. We try to make this as clear as possible on our website 😊

We have looked into your order and can see that there was an issue with the delivery address on your parcel. This meant that our Partner Pharmacy's couriers were unable to locate and deliver your parcel. After three attempts to deliver, the couriers marked your order to be returned to their warehouse, which set the warehouse as the new destination for your parcel.
When you order was received back at the warehouse, it was marked as 'delivered' as it has been returned to the original destination. This is what caused our system to send you an email to inform you your order had been delivered.
We apologise for any confusion and we are in conversation with our Partner Pharmacy to see how we can remove the delivered status for such an event going forward.
We are glad to see that you have since received your order 😊

Wow - What an incredible service
Wow - what an experience. Filled out the online form, had a few automatic emails to get a telephonic call from a doctor and wow. Super friendly Doctor, very helpful, explained everything I needed to know about the medication and meds dispatched within a day to my home. Greatest service ever.

Great experience
Great experience. was able to book the appointment with multiple options. The doctor was punctual for the scheduled time of the appointment. The payment method was great. Most importantly the delivery was fast, there was great communication with the pharmacy as well via email.

This is the most genius thing ever! Quick consultation with expert advice. Got my delivery a day after - to my door. I don’t have to pay doctors fees and prescriptions which is close to 1k.

Got my hair back.
After years of trying lots of different products to thicken my hair nothing worked. After 3 months on the prescription from contro my hair was so much thicker and seems to continue getting thicker. 3 of my friends also started with these products and all are seeing amazing results. Delivery and service is amazing from Contro.

8.5/10 WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I got a same day consultation with Dr Gideon Alers. I then got prescribed a 14 day antibiotic course where I had to take 2 antibiotic tablets a day. With only 1 probiotic tablet a day. I have finished the course, my symptoms cleared up however, I now have thrust/yeast and I’m guessing it’s due to the harsh antibiotic treatment (28 antibiotics v 14 probiotics).
But overall experience 8.5/10 would highly recommend.
