Done a few order with Zappies before and never had issues until now. Waited over a month for stock to arrive as usual and received invoice to pay so they can ship the products. I wanted to double make sure product is correct and asked for images before making the payment. Then 2 days later I get this reply saying

“ i've come in this morning and my manager has told me that the supplier messed up on the cost of that item, so it's increased. our normal cost now is £13.80, but of course for the quantity you're taking i have sorted a discounted price of £13.26 - this is the lowest margin i can apply on top of our cost so it's the very best price i can offer.

here's the link to the item, let me know asap if you still want as we have another buyer that will take them but you have first opportunity of course as you ordered before them.”

We agreed on £10 plus vat beforehand. What if I had made the payment 2 days ago and been told I would have to pay more which looks like others had this issue too. Be careful they are not professional and make mistakes that fall on you. Personally I think my manager Chris Needham had negotiated a price with me that was agreed on but another buyer offered more. Even so mistakes from a distributor should not be falling on their customers.

Been using zappies for years, they made a few mistakes along the way but I stayed with them. I had placed an order for some funko pops, 3 weeks later they tell me there due to arrive in 4 days, I explained to them that I was in hospital and wouldn’t be able to take the order, they said they wouldn’t cancel and tried to deliver anyway! Of course I wasn’t here because I was in hospital, constantly harassing as to when I would be able to accept the order. I then hear nothing more, order gets sent back to warehouse and I now can’t order from them, I’ve put a complaint in and been ignored! I gave plenty of notice to cancel and it was completely out of my control, shocking company to deal with when I’ve been with them for years and always paid my bills

I've been ordering from Zappies for a few years now and I've had nothing but positive experiences. They are friendly and professional, and orders are delivered next day! When the occsional hiccup does occur, Zappies always deal with any issues excellently. Recommended!

Amazing company to deal with always super helpful very knowledgeable, polite and trustworthy. Very good delivery times warehouse team are brilliant. Sales staff are always on hand to assist Tim has been brilliant. Top service as always!

I placed an order, items arrived on time, 1 month later I go to place another order, to be told i owe money from the last order, which was an administrative error upon their part. So I worked out the maths, I did owe some, but they insisted I owe more, which is a complete lie. I repeatedly told them that I do owe money but not the amount they claimed, I explained the prices etc, which i was happy to pay, but they kept on insisted i owe more because they had found the remaining items in their warehouse even though i had already paid for my order on checkout.I then got an email a few days later saying if the money is not paid by the next day they will take the matter to a legal department. I just ended up paying what they demanded, if i had the time i would of disputed the matter further, but to be honest I'm just glad to get them off my backs. I shall NEVER order from them again. The sales manager is very obnoxious and arrogant. I would not trust this company and highly recommend that people think twice before using them. Customer service is certainly not their strongest point. Steer clear

Appalling company with even worse ethics!
I ordered stock from this company last year. Everything I ordered was shown as in stock on their website but only one item was actually in stock.
After far too long a period they finally sent the items that were in stock but did not refund the additional moneys I had paid for the items that were not supplied.
Over the following months I repeatedly requested my money to be refunded and was repeatedly promised it would be forthcoming. However I have never received it.
Even after they were informed of the legal requirements to give me my money back nothing improved and they even used the excuse that their finance department only works one day a week!
This is now being passed to the Sheriffs Court (the Scottish equivalent of the Small Claims Court) to deal with.

AVOID THESE COWBOYS!
