I ordered a book of all whats app chats with my lovely mother in law after she suddenly passed away before Christmas. I wanted to know our chats were safe. The app was very easy to use, and the process was quick and easy. The book arrived, quicker than expected and it is so excellent its hard to put into words. Its such great quality and something I will treasure forever. I 100% would recommend them.

This product is such a good way to save the conversations with loved ones in a unique way. I lost a family member and printed a total of 5 books with our complete chats.

I would unhesitatingly recommend this product. It was very easy to follow instructions on how to upload my What's App chats. The resulting product is a little book of absolute top quality. I gave it to my husband to mark our wedding and it is the most fabulous record of our love story. Communication from the team felt 24/7 with prompt answers to questions also. Thank you to Zapptales. Highly recommend this as a way of keeping treasured conversations in a beautiful format. I made a hardback book of a messenger conversation and I’m delighted with the quality of the product. The cover has a lovely soft matt feel and the pages are thick, good quality, semi-gloss. Better than some photo books I’ve used. There are just the right amount of cover designs, colours and fonts to choose from when creating the book and their step by step instructions are easy to follow, including downloading information from FB (the first step). Including that, it took just under a week from creating the book to it arriving from Germany! Excellent service! You have the option to edit more thoroughly if you wish, as they keep the files available for a further four weeks each time you log in. You can add more text and pictures this way if you like. Once finished the files are deleted after two weeks for privacy. You also get a pdf free - the hardest part was not reading it all before the book arrived! You can also opt for a pdf only version which is the cheapest option. I am so happy with my book. I love it!

I sadly lost my youngest son in 2015. We used to message each other all the time and was worried that one day they would be deleted by Facebook. I heard about Zapptales and loved how easy the site was to navigate. I loved that you can add photos and videos. I now have a beautiful memorial book of our conversations. 185 pages worth lol. The finished book was sent out very quickly and delivered by DHL. It's a great gift for anyone or yourself.

I placed an order for my whats app chat and to say I'm delighted is an understatement the service is brilliant any question I had was answered in minutes once I placed the order I had them less than a week later and the books themselves were amazing I didnt realise the pages would be glossy which made the pictures look even better,only downside is that I had to go on my laptop to add all the photos through my laptop but the effort was definitely worth it the final product was soo good couldn't recommend them more.

My boyfriend and I didn't know what to expect of Zapptales, mainly since it didn't have many reviews yet. We decided to try it anyway. We started by buying the pdf version of our conversations. Everything went flawlessly and we got the pdf within one day. A few months later we decided to buy the book as well. It just came in the mail and it's absolutely georgeous! i'm so happy we bought it through Zapptales. The service was great and we could track the progress using DHL track codes. We're gonna put the book on our mantel as a reminder of how we fell in love.

Great service, easy to use and the quality is first class. Really smart idea, and they have online real person help that seems to never sleep!

Tip.... just like producing a real book have a good think about how you want the material to appear, such as the cover etc - the good news is that you have loads of time to get it right before you commit.
