Amazing Deals on a Variety of your Favourite Delicious Treats!
I have been looking for a place to get cheaper bulk boxes of Lucky Charms and it seems I have found it! They sell so many other treats as well and all at more than reasonable prices. When my order was delivered, there was a problem with the carrier sending the item to a collection point In stead of straight to my address. Chloe immediately went into action and I received my order the very next day. Suffice to say I am more than pleased and thank you for your amazing customer service! I shall definitely be back very soon.

Express Delivery ordered Wednesday, arrived Sunday
Ordered on a Wednesday morning using Express Delivery for a party on Saturday. Arrived Sunday. DPD didn't even receive the parcel until Friday. If that's Express Delivery I'd hate to see regular delivery. Recommend customers order a full week in advance for parties.

Hi Matt, apologies for the issues caused here and the late delivery.
I can see from our system and the DPD portal that we despatched this on the same day, Wednesday evening, which should have resulted in a Friday delivery to you at the latest.
According to the DPD portal, there were issues at the local depot which has caused the delays on this parcel being scanned and delivered, hence the confusion regarding when the parcel was received.
We've expressed our disappointment to DPD regarding this and we are awaiting a response from them regarding their full investigation into this before we update you further. From our delivery success rate with DPD and from personal experience, this appears to be a one off incident that we apologise for.
Many apologies again for this and we're sorry for the deadline being missed.
