personalised item

Sent me a personalised item, with the name spelled wrong and it was wonky! I returned the item, they confirmed they received the item and I never received the refund! Absolutely shocking!

Should be a zero star for Zara Oslo

The most unfriendly customer service I have ever encounter. Maybe that’s the way it’s suppose to be in Norway? Nothing like that in New York.
I returned a shirt that had NOT been worn (only tried)
It had NOT been washed. The price tag was removed because it was gift.
I returned the shirt with the price tag and receipt. They would not take it back due to the price tag not being attached.
I asked to speak to a manager.
“no you can not”
Can you at least tell me your name so I can tell Zara care who I spoke to? “No I can not do that”
I have purchase many things from Zara and this was my first return.
This is not the Zara I have come to know and love.
I’ll think twice before purchasing another item from Zara.
One very disappointed customer.

I was bullied,
Can’t keep staff because of there attitude.
Was excited to work for Zara back in December but boy was I in for a treat!. Zara was great the first month but then they started having these great expectations for you and they wanted you to move up in their rubbish company, I can see why everyone boycotts ZARA for their bad reputation. They start putting everything upon you once everybody else starts quitting, tworkload is far to much and I mean… far too much work!! treating there staff like slaves and they overwork you and they expect you to do more than what you're supposed to be doing and here’s the fun part…. the managers just stand there eyeing you up and snitching on you when you’re trying to get work done and full on lie to you’re face (be aware). The management teams were horrible from start to finish not a single one of them said “hi” or have a smile on their faces. Disgusting behaviour from all of them. Their attitude is absolutely pathetic especially the General Manager who I will name & shame after todays incident FUENSANTA BORREGO GÓMEZ!!! and LAURYN FLUCHER from kids department, Lauryn who snitches & spy’s on you, there is also no confidentiality either. When speaking to the manager privately, next thing you know is the whole staff team knows what the situation is about.
They don't know how to talk to their employees in a professional manner. The pay is good, but I was over worked, exhausted and just didn't even feel like going in anymore. Because every day is something new and something odd happens for no specific reason. they don’t know where to start and stop. Decent place to work, made amazing friends but management team is absolutely horrible no communication whatsoever their rude to their own customers and colleagues and they talk bad about their employees behind employees backs. The kids floor displays change practically everyday when there is no need for it to be changed everyday. I have had customers come up to me saying they can’t find the item they are looking for because it had been moved on multiple occasions!!!! I suppose it gets the commercials something to play around with showing the managers what’s being done pretending to keep busy at work I suppose. ALSO BOYCOTT ZARA!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! I'll have to contact the consumer protection soon. I ordered bag from Zara. And upon wearing it once, the handle broke. I contacted customer service, they sent me return label. I posted it back.( Normal companies would refund without even asking to return the item , but whatever). So they told me that the money will be refunded as soon as the item will arrive to them. But it's been almost 3 weeks I can't get my money back, while I see that the bag arrived to them. Customer service keep asking me to wait. I certainly didn't expect this kind of customer service from Zara!!!

I was by Zara - Carl Johan, on friday 17.03.23.

My friend and I was shocked on your customer service.

I wanted to try this long, pretty skirt, but the size xs was not to find in the store.

I see the same skirt hanging on the mannequeng, in the right size xs, so I kindly ask one of your workers, if she can help me with the size and that the last xs is hanging on the mannequeng.

She refusert to take the skirt of the mannequin and sends me to try to find the right size of skirt, in another Zara store, in Bogstaveien.

As i told her, this was the first time ive ever experience a worker refusing to help, when the right size is not to find hanging in the store, but right in front of her on the mannequeng. This has never been a problem in other stores before.

No, she refuses again, telling us to go to Zara, in Bogstaveien.

Ive never been so unhappy and treatened this way before, crazy!

We didnt want to argue with her or make a scene, so we went away shocked, without no purchase from your store. Better spend the money other places, where at least they care about the customer.

Rude Worker in Karl Johans Oslo ZARA

After fitting some pants, I approached the worker and ask if they have other the same pants because the zipper of the one that I tried is broken, she told me to approach the other lady in which I think she is a shift manager or someone higher than her, I approached the other lady and tell Hi I wanted to take this pants but the zipper is wrong, she interrupted me and said Okay, Thank you very much! Like whuttt? I am still not finished, I wanted to ask if she have other stocks or pants they displayed, but she answer if they are not on the floor they are not there, which is obviously she just do not want to move and possibly tell me where are the other display which is understandable because the displays are everywhere,, disorganized,, so much chaos! even if your day is stressful you should still find way to give a good customer service no matter who the customer is!!or find another job lady!will never visit this shop again!!

Would give 0 stars if I could

Would give 0 stars if I could. I’ve ordered from Zara on 7/11/20 and still not received 25 items. They’ve pretended to ship as I’ve been contacting them and telling them I will contact authorities as they’ve taken £638 from my account over a week ago. Hermes have contacted me to say they expect parcel and so have tnt.com. When I select track they have no trace of customer or Shipping number . I then come on here and realise I’m not the only customer. Zara are taking money and not shipping goods: it’s illegal to take the money until the goods are sent . I would post screenshots of all the contact but can’t attach. Customer service is appalling

Rude and arrogant Zara Oslo

I have never in my 25 years seen a worse service like yours!!! I came by Zara Norge tuesday 18.02.20, around 6 pm. I wanted to try some clothes on. While i was trying the clothes i picked, 3 different people opened the curtains while i was changing. One of the people was the woman that works in that area! i went to that employee to tell her about what happend, but she ignored me while i was talking and started to talk to another customer!?!? That is so disrespectful! She did not even want to listen.. they need to remember that this work is nothing without people! Give them some courses, i guess some needs it.. this is not the first time i face these arrogant behaviors at your store! The Zara Brand deserves better than this!
