🛍️ An unbelievable experience at Zara Azerbaijan!


Yesterday, while shopping at Zara in Baku with my daughter, I witnessed something absolutely absurd. My daughter went into the fitting room to try on clothes, and I was told to step away and wait – I could only see how the outfit looked on her if she came out in front of a line of 50 people! 🤯

I wasn’t allowed to assist her with the selection, give advice, or even see how the clothing looked on her in private. How is this acceptable customer service? Since when is a parent not allowed to help their child choose clothes?

This system makes no sense – it’s neither ethical, practical, nor customer-friendly. It seems this might be a bizarre policy unique to Zara Azerbaijan, but either way, it’s completely unacceptable.

We expect an explanation and a fix from Zara’s management. Respect your customers and their rights!

Supervisor/manager at ZARA-Mall av Scandinavia (Stockholm) bullies customers

Today me and my wife went for shopping at Mall av Scandinavia in Solna. After picking our items I stood in the queue to pay for the clothing items while my wife waited for me inside the shop. The ZARA supervisor/manager then walked up to my wife and asked her to leave the shop because they were about to close. My wife informed her that she was with me and that she was waiting for me to pay for our items. I also informed her that my wife was with, however, the supervisor/manager would not listen to any of that and insisted that my wife should leave the shop because according to her that is the rule of the shop that if you have somebody accompanying you in the shop only one person is allowed inside when the shop is about to close. She continued to exhibit the same treatment on other customers as well so it appears she feels entitled to bully customers. While I understand the need to close the shop right on time I do not understand the logic to chase out customers that happen to be in the shop on time and doing the what they are supposed to i.e. to PAY FOR OUR PURCHASED items.

Worst fkn website!

Worst fkn website!! You lost me as a costumer really really quick because it sucks so much!! Emprove!! do better!!! The models pose weird and its hard to look at the clothes because its shown huller om buller. Look at hm`s site, do like them. At least their site its possible to not have a mental breakdown after three minutes.

Sea of frustration

After long waiting I received an information that two of my products couldn’t be delivered. Zara online shop is a sea of frustration and is not sure if your product after all exist in their stock.
I loved Zara but know if all this trouble I will have this store banished from my closet. And I hate when I see Zara products to sell in the Chinese online trash market, cheap and outdated.

Customer service is the worst I have…

Customer service is the worst I have ever come across in Sweden.There is only a chat option to contact them and they take forever to answer (sometimes never).When they do and you don’t reply right away, they end the chat.I spent hours over a whole week trying to get them to help me with a problem that the delivery company solved within minutes.

It is partly the system’s fault (no case numbers,no setting to send documents or other info,chat history disappears) but also the representatives are not knowledgeable at all and it sometimes takes more than 30 minutes for them to answer in the chat so a conversation can go on for hours.
Really disappointing for such a big company.

Terrible customer service

The customer service is absolutely terrible. They claimed my order had been delivered to the store, but when I arrived, the lady at the counter (T-Centralen) said the order was missing and that she couldn’t do anything about it. She told me I could either take my money back or keep waiting. After some argument, she finally decided to contact the warehouse and placed a new order, but I’m not even sure if I’ll ever receive it. This feels like a fraudulent store. It’s better to just take the money back. The staff is extremely rude and lacks any sense of professionalism in dealing with customers.

Stole my money

Zara charged me 3 times in the store, and now they will not refund my money even though I have supplied receipt and all documentation needed. I will not recommend anybody to shop in Zara. STAY AWAY from Zara.

I was in zara store stureplan

I was in zara store stureplan. The so call manager for the women department i think. Can the management advise her to stay calm and listen to customer's when talking. I told her i want to make a return and she said i told her i want to pick up an order which is not correct because she's stressy and not calm.They should change her.I don't like shopping at stureplan because of her.

The queue in Zara Emporia at 11:30 2/7 was so long that I put the clothes back on the rack and left. Nobody helpt the poor guy who stood alone by the counter, and was working as fast as he could. 🥺The others were just talking and hanging up clothes.👎

The workers there are not very…

The workers there are not very welcoming and some of them are very rude. Seems like they are not happy to be there or not happy doing there job. The approach is very rude and feels like they don’t want you be there because you just gonna mess the clothes everywhere. Zara store in Malmo Emporia workers are not welcoming some of them are very rude.
