Professional and reliable service. They did not charge for call out even though they had to visit a couple of times due to our mistake.

They were very professional, finished the job within the agreed time, provided warranty registration.

I needed a boiler engineer to come out immediately after a gas leak that left me with no GCH and hot water over xmas. Mustafa was great. Clearly experienced with Valiant Boilers. He arrived on time and within an hour of doing so, he had assessed and fixed the leaking gas pipe. The other good thing was that Mustafa uncovered another problem with the boiler and advised on what needed to be done to maintain the boiler in the best working condition. Also, his charge was very reasonable in comparison to earlier quotations to fix the leaky gas pipe. I also liked that Mustafa was friendly, polite and professional in his attitude.

Mustapha is an excellent gas safe boiler engineer, i say engineer as i believe he is more than just a plumber.
He worked alone in my 2 bed house changing a regular boiler (that means tank in loft, emersion heater, and boiler) to a combi boiler.
Combi means all you need is the boiler to heat your radiators and give you instant hot water.
Being a 20 year old house it had miles of pipe work , an airing cupboard full of pipes and huge emersion heater taking up and wasting loads of space (its now a wardrobe) Mustapha totally removed all the pipes in the loft and the airing cupboard. What a difference its made.
Once again working alone , he planned , measured fitted, installed me a new combi boiler. Total time start to finish 18 hours, amazing.
In my opinion you should choose Mustapha (Zara heating) for all your plumbing and central heating needs , big or small , he even fixed a tap and fitted a drain valve , no extra cost.
He sticks to his fully inclusive price, no hidden extras.

Fitted new boiler and had to install new pipework for gas and repair the central heating system. Mustafa talked me through everything he was doing, discussed options and just got on with his work once we had decided what he was going to do. We had the pleasure of dealing with Mustafa of Zara Heating last month. We had a complete system change from a standard boiler with seperate hot and cold water tanks to a up-to-date combi boiler. The work involved was immense. From removing the hot water cylinder from the airing cupboard, to fitting new pipes from the new boiler in the kitchen to the bathroom upstairs, brand new pipes from the gas meter into the house, and managing to provide all the necessary parts to get the job done. A normal combi to combi boiler change is a day's work. Mustafa was with us for 3 days and even made another visit from his own time to finish the thermostat fitting. He explained everything that was happening at every stage, and was ever so friendly to deal with. He is a humble, hard working guy, and feel lucky to have had him do our job for us. We booked an installation after an issue with our existing boiler during the coldest week of the year.
It was booked for Tuesday but after speaking to someone on the phone they were able to bring this forward to the Wednesday before.
The installer arrived on time.
Unfortunately not all the parts arrived but he went out to get what he needed to make sure our installation was a success.
The new thermostat wasn't sent either but the installer sorted that too, he organised for an electrician to come another day.
The electrician messaged me beforehand to organise when he would come and he also did great work.
Very happy with the experience, despite the small issues

Very experienced plumber who took pride in his work & did very good job.

Cleaned up afterwards took away all the rubbish & gave instructions to use boiler etc.

Mustafa of Zara Heating was a lifesaver. He was the only engineer I found available between Christmas and New Year, after my old boiler finally packed up on Christmas Day. His quote for a new boiler was very competitive compared to everything I found online. He was even able to install my new boiler on New Year's Eve!

Excellent services rendered. We noticed our boiler was not working around 7pm. We called Zara heating and they managed to attend to us around 9pm. The problem got resolved quickly. We will recommend their services.
