Order 2 pairs of winter boots in a size 6 and a size 7.5. What I received was something completely different and there sent the wrong size.
Tried for a full refund as it clearly states a 100% refund of there website, I was offered a 30% and could keep the boots ( there wasn't boots but trainers)
I was told to send them back to China which would cost over £50.00 as there wanted to track the parcel.
Customer services is awful all there do is send the same emails.

repeat wrong orders and say you have to pay return postage por accept discount. Beware of dodgy trading from this company.

As of now five pairs of wrong boots, still no white all black.

Ordered work shoes 3 weeks ago still no sign of them and very poor communication

Shoes no where near correct UK size.
Return address is in China.
Donated to charity!!

Bought a pair of shoes advertised as best quality leather. When they arrived the uppers were made from PLASTIC!!
The shoes had a very strong and unpleasant chemical smell which was eye watering. They really were cheap junk.
When I tried ro return I discovered I would have to pay the shipping costs, which would cost more than I paid for the shoes. So I will give them to a charity shop (if they will take them) and be out of pocket.
There really is no win with these scumbags, so avoid them and don't be a fool like me.

l ordered two pairs of shoes in December l have heard nothing. l informed PayPal who are investigating l won't use zashoe again even if they paid me steer clear of this company.

Appalling customer service. I ordered a pair of boots in November and still hadn't received them by early January. Emailed to request information as I had received no communications at all and was advised there was a problem with delivery, could I confirm my address if I wanted a replacement or accept a 50% refund. I asked for a replacement but have still received nothing and the email reply was a copy of the previous email again stating I could have a 50% refund.
