Easy Booking Online
It was easy to book tickets on line. Even though I purchased the tickets way in advance, I already received my ticket voucher and am happily ready for the trip in June!

I booked a cruise with your company for the 9th October from Naxos....i payed 70 € + 9 € for transfer from Alpha Bank....in the evening of 8th October i have been contacted by a person of your staff telling me that everything was deleted without any explecations....at the moment i know after a lot of requests that i will have a refund of 70 € and NOT 79 € (no answer at my mail asking why only 70 €)...i think that your company is very UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT SERIOUS!!!!!!

Unfortunately it looks like the tour operator cancelled at the last minute and we're very sorry about this. We would like to offer our full apologies. We had no control over this. We very quickly communicated with you and sorted out your full refund.
A refund was sent for both amounts on the 11th of this month (October 2023). We have sent you documentation to confirm this.
Looking at our communication, it is not true that you made a lot of requests, that we didn't answer emails or that we said you would refund just 70 euros. Possibly you only saw the first part of the refund on your statement and you sent an email to the wrong address? Perhaps you confused us with another booking agency or some emails didn't get though? Either way, please accept our apologies for what is obviously some kind of miscommunication. We should have called you to be 100% clear. We're sorry about this.
If you feel like it, we would appreciate it if you might consider changing your review at some point in the future as you can now hopefully see that we immediately refunded you with the full amount.
Once again we're very sorry your excursion was cancelled and for the mix up in communication. We hope that you might consider booking with Zastours.com again in the future.

Day trip to Paros from Naxos
Provides a daily ferry to and from Paros from Naxos. Timely service and friendly staff. 845am departure and 7pm return makes for a long day, but there seem to be (surprisingly) few other Naxos-Paros options in October.

Not every partner from those excursions know the rules
I asked before by mail if it was possible to come with a small dog to a tour, you said yes. I came and I being my dog bag and when I arrived in Santorini the bus driver didn't want let me in the bus. And it was stressful to arguing with people in holidays. You need to choose better yours partners or rules.

Full day Naxos bus tour
Took a full day Naxos bus tour. It was an excellent experience, perfectly timed and very informative. We visited Demeter Temple, old olive press and local pottery shop in Damalas, Chalki village for kitron distillery, Apiranthos village for lunch under plane trees, Apollonas village/beach for swimming and famous Kouros. Our guide a local history student (Thanos) provided a lot of information and was a great ambassador for his island. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful tour for a family of 12 of Naxos villages
We had a wonderful tour of a few of the villages in Naxos. Dimitris was a wonderful guide and besides being very knowledgeable, he kept our group of 12 engaged, including a few children. George was also a wonderful driver. We would highly recommend this tour!

Delos/Mykonos boat trip
The boat ride from Naxos to Paros was especially horrible. Everyone was puking. Other boat ferries on the same route didn’t have this issue. Had I known how bad it would be, I would have booked another vessel.
