Good apart from delivery method/company
Not 5 stars due to Royal Mail being the delivery agent. It sound gave been signed for but was left outside in the rain by bin & the parcel was damaged & partially open. There was no security tape to keep it closed. It’s a miracle the item was still inside

The registering process is good, one live photo of your weight and one each live photo of you from the front then side. If approved you know quickly. Your package arrives within 24/48 hours with full tracking. Continuing discounts can be used, offered by ZAVA themselves, for follow up orders.
