No follow-up from Zave and telephone number blocked
Still no action from Zave (or their shell company in Sweden), regarding my non-functioning Panasonic luft-luft system after 6 weeks of trying to obtain help/service.
They have blocked my telephone number so they can ignore my needs.
I'm still hoping they will help. They only need to send the paperwork, (reklamations sag), to Panasonic and Panasonic are ready to follow up on their guarantee - but even this appears to be too much for them!
