Scam. They fake ship your order and then string you along until the dispute window has closed. Do not order and if you already did, dispute and cancel your card.

I don't even know how I ended up on this site. I didn't need a manual for my camera. I had just pulled it out of the box and was trying to set it up. I pointed my camera at the QR Code on the box. Like I said to do click to the link and start it and drink my information. Thinking I was setting up my camera. The page then prompted me to enter my card information which I did hesitatingly. Under the premises that they just needed to confirm my identity and I wouldn't be charged. A few minutes later I checked my balance and and this weird charge for $30 was on there. I didn't order anything. I don't want anything from them. And I would like my money back.

What went wrong? What went right do you mean? nothing.

On November 10, 2023 at around 22:44 I ordered 2 pairs of gloves through the company Smart Choice Shop. Order ( order known to me)
On November 11 09:35 I received from you the payment link to pay.
Final payment date was December 10, 2023.
On Wed 22-11-2023 22:30 I sent a mail to infozavina with the mail address that is mentioned on the site of the track and trace.
I never got an answer.
A day later I had no answer and asked again through the mail address Slimmekeuzeshop which is in the order confirmation. Mailed on do 23-11-2023 15:45
On December 3, 2023 12:19 I notified on your site that there is a problem with the delivery and I want to delay the payment date. Did I then also receive an automatic reply from you guys.
I have also submitted an online form.

So meanwhile I became irritated that I didn't hear anything and had no possibility (button or something) to cancel the purchase. I want that by now because I have absolutely no confidence in this purchase anymore. So how do I do that....

I have not heard anything more from you nor from Smart choice shop or Zavina .
So I am really done with it. Do not trust this company anymore and want a way to get rid of this order and cancel the sale. I will buy glove from a good company that can deliver though.

So how can I cancel a purchase. Because I have no desire to spend months dragging out a purchase that is not delivered.

Rather I don't give bad reviews because I believe in solutions with a company. But if a company doesn't respond I can only warn people in the hope they won't buy anything from you or the Dutch branch.

The bracelet looks as good as on the picture and the shipping to Germany was very fast. Would buy again!
