Zay-OS gives an independent restaurant its own direct online ordering storefront, on its own domain and in its own brand. Pickup, delivery and catering, with every order landing on the tablet and printer the kitchen already runs. Delivery marketplaces take a cut of every ticket once commission, delivery, marketing and processing fees stack up, and they keep the customer. On Zay-OS the order is yours, the diner is yours, and there is no commission on the order. The restaurant's side is one flat monthly price per location, month to month. Everything is included instead of sold as add-ons: loyalty, gift cards, catering, promos, scheduled orders, email and SMS marketing, referrals, live order tracking, and your own customer list with names, phone numbers and order history. It hooks into the register you already run. Toast, Square, Clover, Lightspeed, Shift4 and more. Nothing gets ripped out, there is no second screen, and nobody needs retraining. Direct orders land in the same feed as DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub. We build the menu for you. Send a photo of it and we handle the photos, modifiers, sizes and prices, set the storefront live on your domain, set Zay-OS as the ordering link on your Google listing, and print QR cards for your takeout bags. Most restaurants are taking direct orders in under a week. What working with us looks like: a short discovery call to confirm your locations, hours and menu, a build week where we do the data entry instead of handing you a blank dashboard, a go-live check on a test order through your own printer, and a named person on the phone after launch.
