I’ve had the same experience as another customer - I placed an order for two items, and the website looked legit, with real reviews, so I didn’t think anything of it. It’s be almost 2 weeks and I still haven’t had any response from the company, not even to let me know if my order has been dispatched. I’ve tried contacting them by email, but they’ve not responded, and the phone number on their website is not active either.
