Been a happy customer for a long time , and since i react badly to flavoured liquids i only buy zazo basis , however in the last year i have had 3 dodgy deliveries where flavours have been mixed into the basis bottles where i have had to throw atleast 20 bottles away each time , after telefon and email correspondence with the firm there answer was always the same , it comes from rest liquid from a different batch . Not acceptable. And no movement from the firm and no replacement .

Very bad customer service

I've been ordering from Zazo for years now and can only say the products are a great value, the delivery and service are fast, and I will continue to order from them. I myself recommend the wassermelone juice!
