Administration ruined my future…

Administration ruined my future schooling at ZBC.

ZBC Administration messed up by not looking at my papers and then telling me after my exams I was suppose to have had more subjects. But because of the administration I did not get to continue with my education and decided to make me go down a level because that was the only choice they had. Unprofessionally dealt with and just overall the whole school is unprofessional. Only good thing about this school is the educators. Helped me enjoy school again so its just disappointing to see this situations.

I'm sorry to announce

I'm sorry to announce , that your customer service is one of the lowest that I had the pleasure to get in touch with.
Three times out of four your employees from the customer service they hang up when they hear the english language .
I'm sorry for your lack of professionalism but I will drive my wallet to another school.
Wish you the best 👌
