As a tiki bar manager I was introduced to Randy and zebra organics thru a mutual friend. Their passion for providing quality feel good products is something so refreshing to see, the agave was such an easy pick for our bar as it is better quality and more cost efficient than the big corporate distributors. Additionally I found myself infatuated with a lot of the other products like the mesquite flour, golden berries, fermented olives, etc.
So fun to use as garnish. Would love to see some chefs using the mesquite flour.
