Zebronics

Zebronics, stop misleading customers in the name of “service.”

My Zebronics JukeBar 1000 subwoofer failed just 1 year and 1 month after purchase. Since it was out of warranty, I chose paid service and took it to the Vashi,Navi Mumbai- India Zebronics Service Center. They informed me that the PCB needed to be replaced and assured me they would order a new one.

After the repair, I requested my old PCB, as is my right. Shockingly, they refused, claiming it was “company policy.” Worse, they said I could only get my own part back if I paid 25% of the part’s cost.

Their justification? The company supposedly gives a 25% discount on new parts when collecting old ones — yet this discount is not mentioned anywhere on the bill. The bill simply shows the full price, with no transparency whatsoever.

This is nothing but a misleading and unethical practice. Customers are being fooled under the pretext of “service” and “policy.”

Beware. I strongly advise against buying Zebronics products. Their after-sales experience is disappointing, non-transparent, and feels like a deliberate attempt to exploit customers.
