Worst delivery company of all time

Everytime I order something and find out Zedify is delivering, I groan.
EVERY package you are supposed to recieve from them never arrives.
The delivery email comes with a delightful picture of your package, outside a door you have never seen in your life.
Hopeless hopeless company. No customer service, just have to hope the retailer will refund you.

Zedify not answering emails and have my package

They have made no attempt to get back to me when i emailed them to update my address. The courier sent a blurred screenshot photo of alleged attempted delivery. The image is not clear. There is no contact number listed to call . It says call 0800zedify. What sort of number is that. Zara told me to contact the courier. I ordered this a month ago and am frustrated and now just want my money back as Zedify are the worse courier I have ever experienced. I hate wasting time chasing replies. I will never order from @zara online again

Lost my ZARA parcel

I am incredibly frustrated with the shipping service used for my recent Zara order. My package was marked as "missorted" on the tracking system, and despite being expected on January 29, 2025, I still have not received my order nearly two weeks later. To make matters worse, no one has picked up the order for delivery, and there’s been zero communication or updates from the shipping company.

I have tried to reach customer service several times, but I’m left with "someone will contact you when they are free" but no one has followed up on this at all. The lack of accountability and the complete lack of communication has left me feeling completely ignored. I also purchased those items during sale now the items are out of stock.

Lost Parcel

They were supposed to deliver a parcel to my house, the order appeared as "collected by courier". A week after the initial delivery date and after having delayed it once, the vendor informs me the courier, aka Zedify is unable to deliver my parcel. What happened to it after collecting it at the vendor's warehouse is an absolute mistery. Unacceptable

Absolute waste of time

Absolute waste of time. My Zara order Sat at their interhub in Manchester for four days. No delivery attempts. Then I received an email that they couldn't deliver it. My order couldn't be replaced as Zara didn't have enough stock. Puts me off online ordering from Zara. Great concept shockingly inadequate service.

Glad I can write my review righr after the previous review who experienced the same issue. Their driver clearly have some issues firstly was delivering parcels all around my area (checked on the live tracking) and at the end of the day I received an update that he tried to deliver, but nobody was home. Funny cause I am working from home all the time, so I wonder when did he try? Proof of the attempt - a picture of a wall? Black wall? No idea what was that and on a map - not even my area! Like dude, do you know how google maps works? GPS? Horrendous!!!

If I could do 0 I would. Zara used to have Royal Mail. But this company doesn’t bother to check flat numbers or address and clear aprcel where they want. I never received my at sent a pic of and entrance hall when anyone could take and steal the parcel.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Waited in for a delivery, only to get a message saying delivery could not be made as no one was home. Picture was literally of a slab of concrete. No contact number to query when delivery would actually be made. Delivery finally arrived 3 days late. When i queried lateness with the cyclist, he arrogantly told me "It happens".Absolutely rubbish.

Followed the tracking page and my…

Followed the tracking page and my parcel was meant to be delivered yesterday, I have looked again today and it still says scheduled for delivery for yesterday. Never had this problem with the usual courier (Royal Mail). Tried contacting using the live chat and it is offline. Don’t know when to expect my parcel.

absolutely ignored the fact that there is a concierge service at my building and in my absence the delivery guy decided to take the delivery with them to return back to the sender.

Simple yet exemplary service.

They did what any courier company (and retailer) should, but never does. They listened, they took on the information, contacted their courier driver and updated the delivery details. I got the item later that day after Zara's website missed out part of my address. Zara were useless.

USELESS!!

USELESS!!! was supposed to deliver my parcel on Sunday its now Tuesday and still no delivery. ZERO CUTOMER SERVICES!! and on day 3 of waiting for a response.Have made a formal complaint to the store and now have to wait and see where my parcel ends up. WHAT A USELESS DELIVERY COMPANY THAT DOES NOT DELIVER! Dear usless delivery company,, do not waste your time with a stupid excuse why you have not yet delivered as no one believes them!! *UPDATE* they do not respond to messages from the sender or the receiver but they respond within an hour or so to well deserved negative feedback!
