High marks for their customer service and their quality. After letting them know the file I sent for digitizing was missing a letter, after processing my order, they fixed it on their end without charge and the file they sent was perfect.

I presented a design file to Digitizing and Zariah got right to it. I even received a complimentary file as a new customer. I had to correct my size request and Zariah sent it almost immediately.

This company and all that workers there are a great group of people. I had a very difficult design and working with a fussy client. There have been so many changes and this group came together and worked some miracles. Not quite finished but have nothing but great admiration for them (tree, book, wedding band design. When completed will also attach a pic.

Price was great. You can tell the digitizing wasn't auto. Stitched out fantastic. Fast turnaround times.

The ZDigitizing team always does a great job of digitizing images into embroidery files that work on my Brother Machine. I've sent several orders to them, and every single one has come back perfect. So much so that I signed up for their subscription plan that allows me to send multiple files per month for a flat fee. Well worth it!
