If I can review the company and my experience with them would be less than 1 star! Whatever touch you have with this company they can only claim and ask money. I received better quotation of 500 euros less so i told them and tried to cancel the booking with them. Well I received invoice of 225 euros because I cancelled cruise which will going to happen next year 2026. This company can only robe people money but never to accept there is somebody better than them. I hope they bankrupt as they bring only dissatisfaction to people.

As you know, your cruise has now been cancelled at no cost to you. Nevertheless, we regret your negative review, as we do not recognise ourselves in it.
The cancellation fees were clearly stated in the terms and conditions at the time of booking, and you confirmed your agreement by ticking the relevant box.
Furthermore, we notified you of these charges in writing. You informed us several times that the cruise had to be cancelled and requested confirmation of this cancellation.
We would like to emphasise that we are acting entirely within the legal limits and do not acknowledge the allegations made.
We believe that we have communicated clearly and consistently throughout this process, both by telephone and in writing.
