Rubbish..
Didn't realise the score thing when I got it . But didn't mind because I drive slow and thought we'll we will see if it goes down . Renewal time 98% excellent score didn't drop below 96%ever
And it went up by £300 when I turned off auto renew they phoned i told them why and they didn't care so ended up going elsewhere and it was £450 cheaper ......make no sense at all

Complete & utter waste of time & money: I took out insurance for a job which didn't follow through. On cancellation, I was informed that an admin fee was nonrefundable, even though the whole process was automated, with no communications made with a human being during the time of cancellation. Appalling customer service!
EDIT: Full refund only given once reviews posted... too late, I'm afraid.

I do not believe for a minute the reviews on this site are real....they all read too perfectly, so if you're reading this I would ignore most 5* reviews. In respect of their car insurance, I am uncertain about this product. I consider myself a careful and experienced driver, and I consistently adhere to speed limits. However, the app-based monitoring (which I have to use) has been frustrating. Zego appears to have had issues with certain features, as metrics such as acceleration and cornering have been removed (for the better).
Despite my efforts, I have never been able to achieve an “excellent” driving score. More concerning is that adapting my driving style to meet the app’s criteria feels counterproductive. I find myself focusing more on the speedometer and road signs than on the road itself, which I believe detracts from safe driving rather than enhancing it.
Having driven for over 30 years and always enjoyed it as a natural part of daily life, I now feel frustrated by the level of control the app imposes. Driving no longer feels instinctive, but instead constrained by an algorithmic system that does not always reflect real-world conditions.
The only reason I have given three stars is the premium, which is significantly lower than comparable alternatives. However, I am considering cancelling the policy, as I am concerned about the risk of Zego terminating cover based on app performance.

I was paying 158 per month then my bike was stolen when i infom to my insurance rather to accommodate me they increase the insurance too much even they didn’t give me any cover.
