Zego is the one of the worst insurence…
Zego is the one of the worst insurence I have done in my driving history
No human to talk to
No explanation given
Constantly harassment by text and email about cancellation of policy or speed
App on the phone to track the movement so it will trace what ever you do how ever you travel
Then you have to manually mark it as a passenger:)
So stupid and silly I would say
You would be better off with another insurance provider

App isn’t great
Insurance is adequate, however the driver ratings are seriously flawed. When I’m driving sometimes in a 50mph sometimes in a 30mph zone. Google claims I should be doing 20 mph. The speeds logged in google maps are simply wrong. I rarely speed and I’m in a slow large heavy van full of tools. Yet the app says I’m speeding all the time and I’m not. My breaking isn’t bad either, yet my score is low. I have no idea how to brake more gently without adding an extra hour to each commute. Not a fair app at all. And living in wales, I’m betting the efforts to accurately log the actual speed limits and being fair to drivers is a very low priority.

Very unhappy with this company
My customer Number is MVMHM. Very unhappy with this company. I started policy and have huge problems with cancellation. AI told me My Policy is will be cancelled and then I will get an full refund. I cancelled my policy within 14 days cancellation period and NOW ZEGO is telling me AI didn't cancelled mypolicy and they trying to charge me 100£ for cancellation! ! Useless customers service. Very Poor service!! My advise avoid it there is plenty other better companies!

Disappointing services
Won’t recommend such thing,no realistic insights,no real rating,you can get in the risk zone very fast even when driving like a snail..ai support very bad,they can cancel your policy all of a sudden ,hope this insurance won’t exist anymore ..if somebody will see this insurance and think that it’s cheap ,I hope they will look online better for reviews find out what’s really about .Very disappointed!very unsatisfied !doesn’t deserve any attention and penny spent even if it’s cheaper than others..it’s for a reason .
