They are not going to help you. They aren't trustworthy. Don't even answer their call, run away from them.
They've called me to propose switching gas & electricity provider. They have given some information and told me I'd be paying far less than I was paying with previous provider. They've showed me some numbers that were mildly convincing.
The new provider that they recommended is now charging me between 2 and 2.5 times more than the old one.
When I called them, they were pretty unprofessional. Their "manager" was supposed to call me, but didn't.

SCAMMERS !!! BEWARE !!
I got a call saying the government are going to remove the price cap and your montly bill will rise by 500EUR. Send me contract and asked to check some boxes ;) which i knew why it was. When i denied to sign and agree they were just playing me around but you have to be smart with them.
Just don't fall for any such companies, call energie companies directly and you can get legitimate contract.
