Easy process and good quality

Great communication, quality of poster and service, with helpful timely advice

My leaflets were designed, printed, and sent in one day or so. I am so happy with the help I received from Usman; he is very patient and made all the communication flow so easily, even when I struggled a bit- he met my business needs with clarity and honesty, without using jargon. It may not look like it, but even with leaflets, the risk of getting lost in a jungle of words is real!

Spammed with WhatsApp marketing messages that I didn’t sign up for.

Umar was very rude and lied about finding my details as he lied about where he found them.

This company appears to be engaging in unlawful and unethical direct marketing practices under UK law. I was contacted by a sales representative who falsely claimed to know the source of our business’s contact information. This misrepresentation raises serious concerns under the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), both of which require that personal and business data be collected and used lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

The unsolicited communication may also constitute a breach of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), which govern direct marketing by electronic means. These regulations require that marketing communications are only sent with prior consent or under specific legal bases, none of which were present in this case.

When questioned about these issues, the sales representative responded in a rude and unprofessional manner, laughing when confronted about the false claims regarding data sourcing. Such conduct not only reflects a lack of integrity but may also be indicative of wider non-compliance within the organisation.

I would advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this company, particularly in relation to its data handling and sales practices.

We used Zel Printing Services to print our personalised wedding fan timelines on A5 thick paper, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The quality of the print and paper was excellent, and everything looked exactly as we imagined. They worked very quickly, offered a great price, and delivered the order faster than expected — which was a huge help with our wedding timeline. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable, affordable, and high-quality printing!

I had two almost identical banners printed by two companies. One of which was ZellPrint. Both banners arrived the same day but that's where the similarities end. The one by was horrendous print quality and materials,and the one by ZellPrint was 100 times better. The ZellPrint banner materials are excellent and the print quality is superb. ZellPrint looks like it was printed by the professionals and the other looks like it was printed at home with inferior equipment. Can't say more highly about ZellPrint. Will be my goto for banners.
