Customer service bad
Spoke to a customer service rep yesterday morning to pay a late repayment that I hasn't been unable to pay through the app. This lady was totally not understandable. Spoke too fast with an accent which made the whole conversation difficult. Had to keep asking her to repeat and slow down. Pretty difficult!!

I would strongly advise others to avoid Zempler Bank. Their customer service has been very poor.
I received my bank card and PIN, but they refused to activate the card and repeatedly requested additional documents. Each time I provided everything they asked for, I was left waiting without any confirmation as to whether the documents had been accepted.
I’ve spent over a month trying to resolve this issue, making numerous phone calls without receiving clear answers or seeing any real progress. The lack of communication and unnecessary delays have been extremely frustrating.
In the end, despite submitting all the requested documentation, they continued to ask for more and more information. After weeks of wasted time and no resolution, I had no choice but to close the account altogether.
If you’re looking for a bank with reliable customer service and a straightforward account setup process, I would recommend choosing another bank.
