Please do not pay, they’re scammers. My last review was a copy directly from my WhatsApp of our conversation and it ended up with empty promises regarding giving my refund and plus finishing my work which I refused immediately and is done by myself and submitted already, and in order to get even more money than I paid they wanted me to remove the reviews which I refused again and said that I’d do a positive one telling that the issue was resolved but wouldn’t remove previous ones as those things happened.
Turns out they took £300 from me, and literally said nobody gives a 5h1t* to your reviews as they get staff to make them from the same IP addresses always meaning mostly of them are fake and they operate with different names being one of them essaytation.
I have never had the work done or a refund, I did all the work and they never bothered as the money was already paid and even threatened with telling my university because I was posting reviews.

The professional scammer of this unreputable business today contacted me in order to resolve my issue, or better said, their issue with my reviews as no refund was provided since the first request in March.
See below the entire conversation:
Michael Essaytation) - Hi Miha this is ted from Essaytation. this is just to inform you I have convinced my manager to refund your amount.
Miha (Customer) - Right, when is this happening?
Michael Essaytation) - First of all, I am really sorry I am his team lead I was busy with my engagement and other things. So now on I am active. I have discussed your issue, but they said you have given like 4 5 bad reviews on Trustpilot. Which I don't know, I didn't check yet.
Miha (Customer) - That’s right and please do not try to impose any conditions to refund my money.
Michael Essaytation) - but the manager is saying if you please remove the reviews we will refund you 100 by Monday.
Miha (Customer) - I will be happy to post that the issue has been resolved once it is but it doesn’t change the way I have been treated.
Michael Essaytation) - I am really really sorry for that.
Miha (Customer) - Is not a £100, my refund is £200 at least.
Michael Essaytation) - I will compensate with your new assignment as well,from now on I will be looking at your work if you want to. Again I am sorry.
Miha (Customer) - I paid £300 for the 4000 words assignment that I had to fix it all and 10.000 words dissertation all together. I got the first one and it wasn’t in accordance to the brief provided.
Michael Essaytation) - its 200 or 300 pound?
Miha (Customer) - I’m not interested in work from you guys as stated before. I’m nearly at the end of my dissertation with 7500 words written so far. I want my refund. I paid 300 for both
Michael Essaytation) - As you said 200 dear
Miha (Customer) - Total of 14.000 words I got 3700 missing 13 references
Michael Essaytation) - 300 pounds for 10000 and 4000 words?
Miha (Customer) - Yes this was the deal I got all the messages saved
Michael Essaytation) - what is the issue in the dissertation? And can you please send me the work Ronnie sent you so far?
Miha (Customer) - I never received a single word of it in time as I explained to the guy there were weekly meetings with the tutor where I’d have to show progress and he never did so I had do it myself
Michael Essaytation) - what about the assignment?
Miha (Customer) - I’m sure he can give you that I’m not at home at the minute. I never dealt with any Ronnie but Sean Miller initially and then another guy
Michael Essaytation) - So basically you didn't receive any work yet? the 4000 words assigemnnt and the dissertation, tell me I have to discuss with my boss. I am trying to solve this issue asap
Miha (Customer) - I received 3700 words from the assignment missing 13 references that’s all and 0 dissertation

Michael Essaytation) - Thank you.
After almost an hour in the phone I clearly stated that I was willing to post a positive feedback with the resolution but would not be deleting anything, I was offered as GOGW for them to make my dissertation which I declined as I have been threatened by their staff with them getting in contact with my University and stated that my position isn't negotiable. He asked me to send Proof of payments and BW details which I did after agreeing that I would receive first and then make a positive review about the resolution.
Read below what happened then in the text messages:
Michael Essaytation) - are you done with deleting the reviews?
Miha (Customer) - I have never said I’d delete reviews. I said I was ready to make one with the resolution provided and explaining the process and been clear it isn’t negotiable and is only happening once I receive full refund. What happened, happened and I’m not removing reviews I said I’d make one stating that the company came to me and resolved with a refund.
Michael Essaytation) - thats the only way my manager agreed on, you just need to remove the reviews then we will transact the amount by monday
Miha (Customer) - So far no refund received. And what I spoke I’m the phone with manager is what I said above. I already lost my money so I’m not removing anything like I said and is not negotiable and I will expose you guys even more as you insisting in break another deal as I spoke with someone in the phone called Michael who’s identified himself as a manager and that’s what has been agreed. Don’t try to fool me. Isn’t gonna happen again.

So there's this girl who calls herself Idalia, who runs this entire scam. She will stop responding you once you pay I never got the work what i paid for. Guys please do not even take chance with this company. They are absolute scam.

This is a scam!!!! Do not send money to this site. They don't send work.

the are scam web site they will take you money and the will start postpone all the date and at the end they will not deliver what you order.
