I would give zero stars but they won’t…
I would give zero stars but they won’t allow it. This company states free service but charged for a month service of 39.95 and I never got any documents from the site. They are sticking to policy for cancellation, I tried to cancel prior to free end period but their website stated issues so I wasn’t able to cancel prior to being charged. Poor customer service too…David was customer service rep I spoke with and refused to provide a refund

A company that stealth signs you up for a subscription
I wanted to amend a 1 page pdf document for £1, and around a week later, I got notification that I would be charged £39.99 for a monthly subscription. I immediately tried to cancel the subscription before the payment was taken because I didn't sign up for this, and the payment was taken anyway.
I have not tried for a refund because although I agreed to pay a reasonable charge of £1.00 for the document, there will no doubt be some extremely well hidden small print suggesting that I agreed to be charged a monthly £39.99 subscription for a tiny document alteration that I'd already paid for. I assure you all, I did not agree to this.
This is a complete scam, the company engaged in practice verging on the dishonest by failing to be open and transparent during this transaction.
Beware of Zendocs
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY,
They have basically charged me a total of £40.99 for a service that was advertised at face value as costing £1.00.

They charge for their 7 Day FREE Trial!
I needed to do some changes to a pdf and found Zendocs. I wasn’t sure if this site would work for me so I was happy to see they had a 7 day free trial. One day into my 7 day free trial I cancelled it.
Zendocs charged me for a whole month worth of subscription to only see what their services were!!
When asked they said I “don’t qualify for a reversal of payment” and won’t explain why. Terrible!!!!

I used last year one time a trial.....and half year later I was debited illegally
I used last year one time a trial, and was debited by paypal linked to my VISA card. Yesterday Revolut bank informed me that ZENDOCS.COM did send a payment request of 29,99 € for monthly payment, however I cancelled the trial period online and logging in to my account said : NO ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP !
So I wrote email to them to delete my account completely. Or their system was hacked ? Anyway, thanks to Revolut they have blocked my VISA card and I have informed PAYPAL as well, I removed them from debiting authorisation to my credit card.

I went to type up a 1-letter document for $1, and like a week later, I got charged $39.99. I immediately went to the company and asked for a refund because I didn't sign up for this, and they said
