No stars if it would be possible
No stars if it would be possible. I used the service for one digital signature, which cost me 0.50€. I canceled any kind of subscription right away through their customer service, which was confirmed by them.
However, for the last 6 months, I was charged 24,99€ monthly for their service, which I have already canceled, while they keep telling me, that my account is canceled. In addition, they refuse to return the money that they falsely charged and I am now trying to figure out, how to stop them from charging, because they keep claiming and charging. It's a catch-22.
I believe this is a scam, I strongly recommend using a different service and staying far away from this one.

I’ve never used this site they said they don’t have my email address so how did they charge my bank 39.99. Then after emailing a few time to get this charge off my bank they blocked me I had to get a new credit card cause of this shit company.

SCAM ALERT!!!!
SCAM!!!!On May 15, 2026, the company Zendocs (USA) charged me $39.90 USD without my explicit authorization.
I only paid to download specific documents, but they automatically subscribed me
to a recurring monthly service without clearly informing me. At no
point did I knowingly agree to a monthly paid subscription.
Zendocs used the card information I entered for a one-time payment and saved it
to generate recurring charges without my informed consent. This practice
constitutes a fraudulent charge and misuse of personal financial data.

I utilized the Zendocs Website for…printing of a one time PDF 1 page
I utilized the Zendocs Website for printing a PDF Document and was charged the customary $.50 twice on 02/01/26. On 02/02/26 a Pending charge of $29.99 was posted to My Banking Account. On 02/09/26, isent an E-mail that I did not sign up for a monthly charge, and If I erroneously did, please cancel my subscription.
I have now been charged twice(02/02/26=$29.99/03/08/26-$29.99). I have repeatedly since E-mails for these refunds, which have been approved. I continue receive an automated response (I believe) to check with my Bank that everything is completed on the Zendocs end,
I have discussed with My bank, and they show no activity of refunds. I consider your process for refunds totally UNSATISFACTORY.
Based upon the response herein from Zendocs. the following Email was sent to them.
